Objective:Through clinical observation,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Pingwei Qingfei Dingchuan Granules for the treatment of pediatric asthma with syndrome of Heat Wheezing With Dyspepsia in many aspects.Method: 68 patients in accordance with intaking criteria were selected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated by Pingwei Qingfei Dingchuan Granules with Budesonide and SALMETEROL Fluticasone,the control group were treated by Budesonide inhalation and SALMETEROL Fluticasone combined with oral Montelukast and Loratadine.The treatment course of both groups was 7 days.Completed the observation table before and after treatment,for the statistical analysis of the quantitative indicators.Results: Results show that the total score,primary symptom score and total effective rate of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.01).The results showed that the Pingwei Qingfei Dingchuan Granules with Budesonide and SALMETEROL Fluticasone were better than Budesonide inhalationand and SALMETEROL Fluticasone combined with oral Montelukast and Loratadine in children with the syndrome of Heat Wheezing With Dyspepsia.The two groups have no adverse reaction during the treatment.Conclusions: Pingwei Qingfei Dingchuan Granules can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the pediatric asthma with syndrome of Heat Wheezing With Dyspepsia.It is worthy of extensive clinical popularization and application,with less side effects and low cost.
