Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Injury Of The Superior Clunial Nerve By Loose Muscles And Osteopathy Massage Combined With Acupoint Catgut Implantation

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of loose muscles and osteopathy massage and acupoint catgut implantation on injury of the superior clunial nerve,and discuss its mechanism.Methods: Eighty patients with injuried the superior clunial nerve were selected and divided into two groups at random.The treatment group was treated with loose muscles and osteopathy massage plus acupoint catgut implantation,while the control group was treated with acupoint catgut implantation,with 40 cases in each group.By comparing the two groups of patients with JOA low back pain and VAS pain score,analyze the difference between the two groups.Results: By comparing the two groups of data,the results showed that the treatment group received a total of 40 patients,of which 21 cases were cured,12 cases markedly improved,5 cases improved,2 case ineffective;control group received a total of 40 patients,of which 13 cases cured,10 cases markedly improved,12 cases improved,5 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 87.5% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Through this study,we found that massage combined with acupoint catgut implantation and simple acupoint catgut implantation therapy have good curative effect on injuried the superior clunial nerve.But the massage with acupoint catgut implantation therapy is more effective.At the same time also shows that massage treatment of the disease for the reduction of disease duration,improve the symptoms have a more obvious effect.Therefore,this topic for the clinical treatment of injuried the superior clunial nerve will be combined with the two methods used for reference.
