A Correlation Analysis And Systematic Review Of Selected Acupoint Of Acupuncture For Xerophthalmia

Objective: To investigate selection of acupoints for dry eyes based on data mining technology.To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment for dry eye by systematic reviews.Methods: Retrieve the Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,Sinomed,CNKI,WANFANG database,VIP database,set acupuncture,electroacupuncture,needle,dry eye,xerophthalamia,etc as index words,set up the specific retrieval strategy according to the different database and import the literature to Note Express software,pick up acupuncture points according to include and exclude standard screening,create a database of acupoints by Excel,analyze the relevance of acupoints by SPSS Modeler15.0 software;Set suitable inclusion and exclusion criteria according to Cochrane Handbook5.1.0,selected randomized controlled clinical research from the literature in the first part,and assess the quality of the literature,make systematic review with Revman5.3 software recommend by Cochrane,make quantitative analysis for effective of rate and symptom scores,OSDI,clinical symptoms improvement score,SIT,BUT,FL,VAS.Enumeration data using relative risk and its 95% CI,measurement data using standardized mean differences,and its 95% CI;make qualitative analysis for QOL,lactoferrin concentration,RBS,CS,TMH,TMA,TMD.Results:1.643 literatures were retrieved,86 trails were included,and 123 prescriptions of acupoints were obtained.2.The top four acupoints around eyes for dry eye are cuanzu,jingming,taiyang,sizukong,these rules are important: jingming?cuanzu,yaiyang?jingming,tai yang ?cuanzu,taiyang+jingming?cuanzu,sizukong+cuanzu?jingming,cuan zu+sizukong+ taiyang?jingming.The distal acupoint hegu and sanyinjiao are frequently-used.High frequency acupoints are cuanzu,jingming,taiyang,sizukong,hegu and sanyinjiao,according to the Webs figure.3.The systematic review including 12 references and 1041 patients with dry eyes,treatment group were acupuncture and the control group were artificial tears.Three articles are high quality researchs,while the remaining studies are inadequate in the aspects of randomization,distribution and blind method.4.System evaluation results show that compared with artificial tears group,acupuncture treatment has obvious advantages in efficiency,symptom scores,SIT,BUT,TMH,TMA,TMD except(SSDE)compared to artificial tears group.But no significantly differences in lactoferrin concentration,dryness,foreign body sensation,symptoms of mitigation,OSDI,CFS,RBS.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment is more effective than artificial tears treatment in the aspects of clinical symptoms,BUT,SIT.2.The frequently-used acupoints for dry eyes is cuanzu,jingming,taiyang,sizukong,hegu,sanyinjiao.
