Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Root Sciatica With The Posterior Temporal Oblique Line With The Top Of The Scalp Acupuncture Combined With The Conventional Acupuncture

Purpose: Objective to study the curative effect of the treatment of root sciatica with the top and posterior temporal oblique line(MS7)combined with conventional acupuncture,and compare the difference between the treatment of the posterior temporal oblique line(MS7)and the conventional acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture.And through the rigorous evaluation of the curative effect,determine the better treatment method,in order to better clinical application and promotion.Methods:This study selected 64 cases of acupuncture department outpatients who met the inclusion criteria in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the same proportion.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at the posterior temporal oblique line(MS7)and the conventional acupoints.The control group was treated by acupuncture at regular acupoints.There were 32 cases in two groups(30 cases after removal and after shedding).After the two course of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results: 1.After the two course of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were all decreased,and the symptom scores were all increased.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the three groups scored better in the treatment group than in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.After the two course of treatment,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),but the total effective rate was 90% significantly greater than that of the control group(80%).Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupuncture,the posterior temporal oblique line(MS7)withscalp acupuncture is more effective in treating sciatica and alleviated the pain and other symptoms.
