Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiedu Liyan Decoction on the treatment of Ig A nephropathy in patients with Toxic heat inprove,and to analyze its mechanism of action for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:A number of patients with Ig A nephropathy were selected for inclusion criteria,Randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group: the basic treatment of qingyang xiaoyanning tablet and western medicine,and the experimental group: the basic treatment of detoxili tongjiaxi.Before treatment,the two groups of patients with basic data analysis is comparable.The curative effect of urine erythrocyte count,urinary protein,24 h urinary protein,renal function and The changes of TCM symptom scores were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.A total of 64 patients with Ig A nephropathy that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 32 patients in each group.After the termination of the test,a total of 61 patients completed a four-week drug intervention,including 30 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing urinary protein quantification and erythrocyte count and improving TCM syndrome score(P <0.01).3.The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 64.5% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).4.The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 64.5% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Qingrejiedu,pharynx method in the treatment of toxic heat accumulate junction effect is remarkable in Ig A nephropathy,in improving the Ig A nephropathy patients with symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in a short time,reduce the patient's Chinese medicine symptom integral,reduce urine red blood cell count,urinary protein excretion,improve clinical curative effect is better than that in control group.But whether it can help to improve the long-term efficacy of primary Ig A nephropathy remains to be further studied.
