| Objective:To observe the effect of Qu Yu Tong Luo Fang on limb pain after unilateral TKA,and to explore the effect of Qu Yu Tong Luo Fang on early limb pain and functional rehabilitation after unilateral TKA.Methods:The subjects of the study were the patients who were hospitalized in the joint orthopedic ward of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to February 2018 and underwent TKA operation.A total of 40 patients were selected and randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and routine control group.The control group was treated with routine analgesia regimen(postoperative routine femoral nerve block anesthesia under routine intravenous controlled analgesia pump,24 hours after operation,the patients were given nimesulide dispersible tablets orally,twice a day,twice a day).The treatment group was treated with routine analgesic regimen.After 24 hours of operation,the patient was given nimesulide dispersible tablets orally,twice a day,one tablet of 0.1g per day,and the traditional Chinese medicine Qu Yu Tong Luo Fang(1 pair per day).Three hundred ml,divided into two packages,heated orally at 8:00 in the morning and evening for 7 consecutive days.The HSS function test time of the two groups was set as the first day before and after the operation,and the VAS score of the two groups was compared with the scale method on the 3rd and 7th day after the operation.The indexes and data of the patients were collected on the 1st day and 5th day after operation.To observe the degree of swelling of lower extremities(see appendix I),we collected the circumference data of patellar midpoint,superior patella and inferior 10 cm on the 7th day after operation;days of flexion of knee joint during postoperative functional exercise,postoperative nausea,vomiting,The occurrence times of adverse reactions such as dizziness and the times of using pain-relieving pump were all recorded in detail.Results:1.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in HSS score between the two groups on the 1st day before operation and on the first day after operation,but there was a significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation.The average score of HSS function in the treatment group was higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group on the 7th day after operation.There was significant difference between the two groups in the time required for knee flexion 90 degree after operation,and the time required for 90 degree knee flexion in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was shorter than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.2.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the first day after operation,but on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,there were significant differences between the two groups.There was significant difference in the number of analgesic pump after operation between the two groups,and the number of analgesic pump in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was less than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.3.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of lower limb swelling between the two groups on the 1st day after operation,but on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation.On the 7th day,the effect of swelling treatment was better.4.There was no significant difference in the number of gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting between the two groups.Conclusion:1.The application of traditional Chinese medicine after unilateral TKA surgery can effectively treat postoperative pain of the affected limb,facilitate early rehabilitation and exercise,reduce the risk of operation,reduce the related complications,and improve the success rate of operation.2.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is definite and stable,and the treatment of TKA with less side effects can reduce the amount of opioids and The use of NSAIDs can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the confidence of patients and family members. |
