Subject:This experiment by means of establishing the rat model with heat stroke,the gastric mucosa gland morphology was observed and TGF-alpha,HSP70,TNF alpha,the change of IL-6 serological indexes,explore and subtract marching powder of thermal radiation in the rat model of gastric injury treatment effect,and analyze the possible mechanism of provide the basis for marching powder used in clinical.Methods:Seventy-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group,positive model group(abbreviated as model group),low-dose Marching Powder group(abbreviated as low-dose group),middle-dose marching powder group(abbreviated as medium-dose group),and large Dose marching scattered group(referred to as large dose group).The blank group was placed at a room temperature of 23? ± 1?.Model rat is to be built into a temperature of 40.5? +/-0.2?,humidity of 65% plus or minus 5% of the artificial climate box mold,after the success of the building at room temperature,different doses of add and subtract marching powder by lavage,observe lavage 30 min,2 h,6 h after each rat gastric mucosa and TGF-alpha,HSP70,TNF alpha,IL-6 and other indicators of change,clear and subtract marching powder for heat stroke model in the treatment of gastric mucosal injury in rats.Results:1.All the model rats after heat stress formed in the 170-195 minutes,all building success(rectal temperature 42 ? or higher),built during the mold temperature in three phase type of rats;The rats showed signs of mental burnout,slow reaction,and shortness of breath,and some rats showed instability and limb tremor.2.The serum HSP70 in rat serum was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).30 min,2 h after taking medicine,small,medium,large dose group compared with model group,the serum HSP70 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and high-dose group increased more obviously(P<0.01),no statistical difference between medium and large dose group;The serum HSP70 in the medium and large dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the small dose group and the model group(P<0.05).3.After taking the medicine for 30 min,the serum TGF-?in the model group was reduced,and the dosage was increased at 2h and 6h,which was different from the normal group(P<0.05).At the time of 30 min,there was no significant difference between the small dose group and the serum TGF-?in the model group(P<0.05),and the larger dose group was higher than the model group(P<0.05).In the 2h and 6h,the serum TGF-?level in the high-dose group was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the large and medium dose groups.4.The serum TNF-?and IL-6 in the normal group were significantly increased at each time point model group(P<0.01),and showed an increasing trend in 30min-6h.The serum TNF-?and IL-6 levels in the small,medium and large dose groups were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the middle and large dosage groups were more obvious(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the medium and large dose groups(P>0.05).5.It can be seen that the gastric mucosal tissues of rats in the model group are significantly damaged,and the gastric mucosal cells are necrotic and detached.The cells are arranged in disorder,the inflammatory cells are infiltrated obviously,and the cells are congested and edema obviously,suggesting that the heat stroke can destroy the gastric mucosal structure of rats;Dose of marching scattered group showed that the rat gastric mucosal surface damage and necrosis;middle-dose marching powder group rats gastric mucosal tissue is relatively intact,intracellular slight congestion and edema;large doses of military scattered group gastric mucosal surface is less,a small amount of visible Inflammatory cell infiltration.It is suggested that marching powder can improve the gastric mucosal injury caused by heat-irradiation stimulation;among them,medium-dose marching powder group and large-dose marching powder group have obvious effects.Conclusion:1.Heat stroke can promote the release of inflammatory mediators,reduce the defense function of gastric mucosa,and damage the gastric mucosa of rats.2.Modified marching powder to protect the gastric mucosal function is obvious,the specific mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory factors and enhance the ability of gastric mucosal resistance.
