Study On The Clinical Effect Mechanism Of Ultrasonic Probe On The Treatment Of Pain Of Lumbar Back Muscle With Suspension And Recirculation By Stretch Technique

Objective:The research adopts the suspension tired plucked technology in patients with pain in waist and back muscle fasciitis treatment intervention,observed in patients before and after the intervention of visual analogue scale(visual analogue scale,VAS)score,the Japanese orthopedic Association low back pain evaluation(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)and ultrasonic probe research about core muscles.Using the scientific method to explore the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine of waist and back muscle fasciitis curative effect mechanism,for the application of suspension tired make technology and clinical promotion to provide histological basis.That suspension tired plucked the clinical effectiveness of providing scientific diagnosis technology support.Methods:The research method according to the inclusion criteria were selected,meets the requirements of the object of study,A total of 56 cases randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,The control group(suspension movement therapy group)and the treatment group(suspension tired plucked technology group),28 cases in each group of the object of study,two groups of patients with treatment time for 40 min/times,1 time/day,5 times per week,treatment for A course of 4 weeks in A row.Physician respectively before and after treatment in patients with visual analog scale(visual analogue scale,VAS),Japanese orthopedic Association low back pain evaluation(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)and ultrasonic probe related muscle tissue thickness evaluation before and after treatment in patients with clinical effect,and to assess the data statistical analysis,compare two groups of patients in the treatment of curative effects and analyzed.Results:(1)After treatment the control group and the treatment group VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group use suspension tired plucked technology treatment reduce the index is more obvious than in group A(P < 0.05);(2)After treatment the control group and the treatment group JOA scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the rise of the treatment group treatment using suspension tired make technology index is more obvious than in the control grou(P < 0.05);(3)After treatment the control group and the treatment group ultrasonic detection of psoas major muscle thickness of side and healthy side were significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group use suspension tired plucked technology group is the control group was increased significantly(P < 0.05);(4)After treatment the control group and the treatment group ultrasonic detection of side waist quadratus muscle thickness were significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group use suspension tired plucked technology group is the control group was increased significantly(P < 0.05);After treatment with the contralateral quadratus muscle thickness than before treatment no significant change(P > 0.05);(5)After treatment the control group and the treatment group ultrasound of the lateral muscles of middle thickness were significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group use suspension tired plucked technology group is the control group was increased significantly(P < 0.05);After treatment in the contralateral hip muscle muscle thickness than before treatment no significant change(P > 0.05);(6)After treatment the control group and the treatment group ultrasound transverse abdominal muscle,the muscle thickness of side and healthy side before the treatment had no significant change(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect on the treatment of lumbar back muscle fasciitis is good.It is better than suspending exercise therapy for the treatment of lumbar muscle fasciitis.The pain of the patients can be relieved effectively by the sling technique,the patients' waist function can be improved,the muscle thickness,endurance,explosive force,and flexibility can be increased.The technique is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
