Objective:This study,by observing the effect of yin-blood-enriching method for endometrial receptivity of patients with thin endometrium,aims to prove that the method can improve the endometrial receptivity,improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technology,and provide the basis for clinical application of yin-blood-enriching method,confirm the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in assisted reproductive technology.Methods:86 patients diagnosed with thin endometrium in the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Provinceowned Hospital,were randomized into two groups in which 43 cases,called treatment group,were treated by yin-blood-enriching,and another 43 cases,called control group,were treated by Kun Tai capsule.Record the changes of endometrial thickness and type,Pulse index(PI)and Resistance index(RI),and test the level of estradiol(E2)before and after treatment,then analyze the data in statistics.At last,group the treatment group by age and analyze correlation between the thickness of endometrium.Results: After treatment,the endometrial thickness and type,the level of estradiol(E2)of two group of patients were both improved.Endometrial blood flow resistance of the treatment group was significantly reduced.It's better than the control group.1.After treatment,the endometrium thickness of two group of patients were both increased,but it's significantly different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the endometrial thickness,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.By comparing differences of endometrium thickness of age groups in the treatment group before and after treatment,we found the differences between group 2 and group 3 were statistically significant(P<0.05).But there is no statistically significant difference between group 2 and group 1.3.Before and after treatment,the number of endometrium type A in the treatment group was significantly increased,and there were significant differences before treatment(P<0.05).The number of endometrium type A in the control group was increased too.But the difference was not statistically significant before and after treatment(P>0.05).The proportion of endometrium type A increased in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were significant differences in the decrease of the blood flow Pulse index(PI)and Resistance index(RI)in the endometrium about the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).But the difference of improvement of the blood flow RI in the control group was not obvious(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving the blood flow Resistance index(RI)in the endometrium,and Before and after treatment,the increase of estradiol(E2)in the treatment group was significantly different(P<0.05),and the increase of estradiol(E2)in the control group was not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison of E2 level in the treatment group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yin-blood-enriching method can increase the endometrium thickness of patients witn thin endometrium,improve endometrial type,improve the endometrial blood flow perfusion by reducing blood flow resistance in the endometrium,at the same time,the method can improve the E2 level in patients' body so as to improve endometrial receptivity and lay a good foundation for embryo transplantation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
