Clinical Study Of Chanyi Magan Granule In The Treatment Of Children With Acute Laryngobronchitis Syndrome Of Intermingled Heat And Cold

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chanyi Magan granules in the treatment of children with acute laryngobronchitis syndrome of intermingled heat and cold.Method: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 70 cases of children with acute laryngeal bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Chanyi Magan granule,control group received three Decoction("Taiping benevolent dispensary")and combination of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid,two groups were 7 days for a course before and after treatment respectively,two groups of children in case observation table,and the data at the end of the observation after statistical analysis.Results:Results show that the total score,primary symptom score and total effective rate of the treatment group is better than the control group.The two groups have no adverse reaction during the treatment.Conclusions: Chanyi Magan granule can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in children with acute throat bronchitis cold and heat syndrome in children,can significantly improve symptoms and signs,and fast,safe and reliable,low price,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
