Objective1.To explore the practicability of pad class in the field of basic education in nursing;2.To explore the teaching methods which can stimulate students to learn initiatively and meet the bilateral relations of teaching and learning between teachers and students,so as to achieve better learning feedback.3.To evaluate the impact of pad class mode on students' autonomous learning ability.MethodThis study is an experimental study using the cluster sampling method, selected students from Medicine of Pingdingshan university, taking 2015 Nursing professional national recruiting four-year undergraduate students as the research object, which were randomly divided into control group and test group. The control group used the conventional classroom teaching mode, the test group used pad class teaching mode. After the end of the course, through the examination and questionnaires, comparing the two groups of students learning attitude,self-learning ability, general self-efficacy and classroom teaching effect.the general data on the use of Epidata 3.0 software to establish a database, the use of IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, part of the chart production using Microsoft Word,Excel software, measurement data using the mean, standard deviation to describe.Result1.The information of the students in experimental group and control group was no significant difference of statistics.(P>0.05).2.After the implementation of the intervention, the total score of the students in the experimental group and the control group(t =-2.945,P<0.05);study interest(t =-4.252,P<0.05);study habit(t =-3.574,P<0.05).There was significant difference in nursing professional knowledge(t=-2.072,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in learning experience between the two groups(t =-0.411,P>0.05).3.After intervention, the scores of self-efficacy of test group and control group were significantly different(t = 5.606,P<0.05).4.After intervention, the scores of autonomous learning ability in experimental group and control group were significantly different(t = 2.432,P<0.05).5.After the intervention, there were significant differences in the three final examination scores among the experimental group and the control group in closed intravenous infusion,single-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and catheterization(P<0.05).6.After the implementation of the intervention, more than 80%of the students in the experimental group were satisfied with the form of the classroom, the allocation of time, the mastery of training skills and the concentration of individual energy;more than 85%of the students believe that Pad class promote learning efficiency,self-learning ability of individual and improve team collaboration and communication skills compared with regular class;70%of students think that pad class can promote the formation of critical thinking. All teachers are satisfied with the final academic performance of students,67%of teachers are satisfied with the effect of self-learning after class and the effectiveness of classroom training. All the participating teachers and 85%of students are willing to continue to implement the pad class teaching mode.Conclusion1.Pad class can improve students' academic performance by improving their interest in learning, developing good study habits and increasing their knowledge of nursing profession.2.Pad class for the general sense of self-efficacy of students to cultivate has a positive effect, subtly inspired students to take the initiative to think behavior, making it an active participant and constructor of learning, enhanced personalized learning, thereby enhancing student self-learning ability.3.Pad class can improve student skills, shortening the time-consuming operation of students, help to improve teaching effectiveness.4.Compared with regular classes, pad class can improve learning efficiency, individual learning ability, teamwork and communication skills, which is conducive to the formation of critical thinking.Pad class is suitable to continue to promote use.
