With the development of China's economy,the urbanization process has been accelerating,and a large number of rural young and middle-aged laborers have chosen to go out.Many rural families have only old people and children,especially poor rural areas.The proportion of empty nesters is very high,many rural areas.The old man lives alone in the countryside,lacks the care of his family,and the old age is in jeopardy.How to change the problem of old-age care for the elderly in the empty nest?It is a social issue worthy of study to enable the elderly in rural areas to support their old age and enjoy their old age.By the end of 2017,Jinan had a resident population of 7.321 million(the registered population of 6,436,200),of which 1.575 million were elderly people aged 60 and over(the number of elderly households registered 1.336 million),accounting for 21.52%of the city's total population[source:Jinan The Civil Affairs Bureau.]indicates that Jinan has officially entered a moderately aging society.Among them,the number of elderly people living in empty nests and living alone has continued to expand,and difficulties and problems such as care,disability,widowhood and spiritual comfort have become increasingly prominent,and the aging population is very serious.More than 75%of the elderly in China live in the vast rural areas.The elderly in the empty nests in rural areas are suffering from long-term work and their physical condition is worse.They need to“raise" and need "medical".The problem of old-age care for this part of the population has become very serious.To the point.The author chooses to take the rural areas of Jinan as the research object and analyze the problem of the elderly in the empty nest.After investigation,Jinan City,as a relatively economically developed area in Shandong Province,first,the second and third industries developed very fast,attracting a large number of rural surplus labor,which led to the emergence of serious empty nesters in the surrounding countryside.Although Jinan City is a city with relatively rich historical and cultural precipitation,the customs and life here still maintain tradition.However,under the violent impact of the urbanization process,the local rural lifestyle has undergone dramatic changes,and the younger generation has stepped out of the countryside.In the city to seek life,while the elderly remain in the countryside and become empty nesters,so as a sample,an in-depth analysis of the problem of old-age care for empty nesters in rural areas has important practical significance.Based on this background,the author uses literature review analysis and questionnaire survey methods,analyzes the necessity of implementing the combination of medical care and pension in the rural areas of Jinan,as well as the advantages and obstacles in the implementation process.Through analysis,it is proposed that in the rural areas of Jinan,day care centers,township health centers and nursing homes can be used to cooperate,and to establish a pension center with a combination of medical and nursing functions,and to sign a family doctor to realize the combination of doctors and nurses in four forms.According to the actual situation of Jinan city,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of government leading,providing policy support and formulating perfect legal system to implement the combination of medical care and maintenance in the countryside of Jinan city.
