Objective:Through the study of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)distribution characteristics and evolution of the different risk stratification and stroke syndrome,analysis of the relationship between TCM stroke and OSAHS,provide the basis for TCM Prevention and treatment of OSAHS,blocking OSAHS to stroke,the rate of evolution the beneficial exploration to reduce stroke.Methods:From 2015-09-01 to 2016-03-31,110 patients with OSAHS were selected from the medical center of Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College.The questionnaire was established,the data were statistically analyzed.The correlation between TCM syndromes and OSAHS was obtained.Results:1.The middle-aged patients were the main population of OSAHS.2.The disease from mild to severe in the process of evolution,the male patients increased gradually.3.In OSAHS patients,the number of incidence of hyperlipidemia,diabetes and hypertension,high cholesterol significantly more than the others.4.There were significant differences in body mass index between mild,moderate and severe patients.5.In the progression of the disease,the wind syndrome appeared to increase first and then decrease,and the blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome and yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome gradually increased.6.The relationship between the six syndromes and OSAHS distribution:wind<heat<blood<yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity<Qi deficiency<phlegm syndrome.Conclusion:The incidence and progression of OSAHS were closely related to gender,age,"three high diseases",obesity,smoking and other factors.Phlegm syndrome is the key symptom of OSAHS,phlegm dampness is the main cause.
