Study On Current Situation Of Implementation And Willingness Of First Visit To Community Hospitals In Hangzhou

Objective:Through the investigation of the current situation of the first visit to community hospitals in Hangzhou,this work explored the influence factors of the first visit to community hospitals,and then put forward some suggestions to enhance and promote the rate of the first visit to community hospitalsMethods:Using the method of the multi-stage sampling,630 community residents in the major urban areas in Hangzhou were investigated,We used the self-made questionnaire of current situation of first visit to community hospitals in Hangzhou.The questionnaire consisted of two parts.One was the basic information,including gender,age,occupation,standard of culture,family per capita income levels,type of medical treatment insurance,and the choice of the first visit to hospitals.The other was residents' medical concept and the subjective perception about the first visit to community hospitals,including medical level satisfaction,satisfaction of hardware facilities,comfort level to see a doctor,comfort level to transfer treatment,satisfaction of types of drugs,satisfaction of service level,the difference between the reimbursement,the degree of publicity of the community hospitals.Using the survey data,we analyzed the current situation of implementation and influence factors of the first visit to community hospitals in Hangzhou.Results:In this survey,630 questionnaires were issued,and 604 copies were recycled effectively,with the efficiency 95.87%.The average age of the respondents was 46.7,and the rate of the people older than 60 was 27%.There were 280 men(46.3%)and 324 women(53.6%)among them.The rate of the first visit to community hospitals of respondents was 68.76%.The rates of the hypertensive,diabetes,Coronary heart disease,stroke,old chronic bronchitis and tumor were 68.67%,66.25%,67.85%,49.23%,55.73%and 21.82%respectively.The main factors influencing the first visit to community hospitals were satisfaction of service level,satisfaction of types of drugs,comfort level to see a doctor and to transfer treatment,and the knowledge about the community hospitals.Conclusion:The rate of the first visit to community hospitals in Hangzhou was 68.76%.The main factors that influenced the first visit to community hospitals were the hardware facilities,service level,the knowledge about the community hospitals,comfort level to see a doctor and to transfer treatment and types of drugs.Therefore,this work put forward to the following suggestions:(1)to strengthen the construction of community hospitals and improve the medical capacity;(2)to complete the basic drugs directory and the drug supply security mechanism;(3)to complete the two-way referral channels and improve the efficiency from the first visit to transfer treatment;(4)to strengthen institutions first option and deepen the impression of community hospitals.
