| Objective:To investigate the cognition of the age-appropriate men in shandong province about the human sperm bank recruitment?the concerns of volunteers who wish to volunteer for sperm activities in volunteer activities.The relationship between semen quality of sperm volunteers and environmental temperature was also reviewed in this paper.And to explore how to improve the human sperm bank recruitment work smoothly and effectively allay the concerns of volunteers who wish to participate in volunteer-related sperm.To guide volunteers to avoid harmful factors in the process of sperm supply,and finally improve the semen storage of sperm volunteers.Solved the dilemma of "beyond the ends" faced by human sperm banks in the actual work,and this study will provide a better development of reference for the domestic human sperm bank.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2,000 students and social workers in jinan,Qingdao and yantai in shandong province as volunteers to recruit the cognitive situation.Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate 1,100 volunteers who first came to the human sperm bank of shandong province for sperm donation consultation from April to September 2016,as the respondents about concerned in their participation in sperm donation activities.A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the rate of semen selection of the 1102 volunteers who retained semen in the human sperm Bank of the affiliated reproductive Hospital of Shandong University in 2016 and the environmental temperature.The clinical data of 431 male patients who were treated in 2016 to the affiliated reproductive Hospital of Shandong University were compared and analyzed.Results:For the cognitive aspects of volunteer recruitment,only 11.35%of the respondents indicated that they could choose to donate their sperm,and 49.85%of the respondents knew that sperm donation was not harmful to their health.In sperm donation intention,merely 9.95%had donated or considered donating sperm.Aspects of the concerns that affect the respondents' sperm donation was focused on ethical issues,personal privacy leaks and the complexity of the donation process,standards and high-level.The volunteers had a vague understanding of the use of sperm and think that the reason of shortage is mainly the influence of"traditional idea" and "ethic worry".And they have little knowledge about the protection of children's privacy and are concerned about the future of human sperm bank in China.For the relationship of semen selection rate and temperature,the sperm density and sperm activity rate(a+b)of volunteers for semen retention in February-March were significantly better than those of August-September volunteers,and statistically significant(p<0.05),Clinical data of male patients showed different levels of endocrine hormones in different time periods.The follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Corpus luteum(LH)and testosterone(T)were statistically significant.Conclusion:At present,the human sperm bank of shandong province has a relatively single way of publicity.Sperm bank failed to transfer all the information related to the donor to the age-appropriate male,and the age-appropriate male for the donor have more questions.There are still many problems to be solved in the publicity work.There is a certain one-sidedness and blind spot in the general cognition of human sperm bank for the age-appropriate men with the intention of donation.The volunteers have a lot of concerns(mainly ethical concerns),which has seriously affected the enthusiasm of volunteers to come to donate.Relevant departments of human sperm bank should pay enough attention to this issue,focus on promoting the publicity and supervision of the ethical system of human sperm bank,create an objective,just and dedicated environment for sperm donation,dispel the psychological concerns of volunteers,and promote the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of human sperm bank.In terms of sperm quality of sperm donor volunteers,different environmental temperatures have a significant impact on sperm production,and lower environmental temperatures are suitable for producing sperm with higher quality.There was a statistically significant difference in endocrine hormones(FSH,LH and T)in the lower environmental temperature group and in the higher temperature groups in male patients.Preliminary studies showed that different environmental temperatures and quality of spermatogenesis were correlated.The staff of the human sperm bank should remind the volunteers to pay attention to the influence of the high temperature environment in the process of screening and donation,and the appropriate time to donate so as to improve the sperm qualification rate and increase the semen storage. |
