Objective Through the questionnaire survey to understand the level of stigma and trust in partner of syphilis patients, this study aimed to explore the influence of partner trust on stigma of syphilis patients, and to provide reference for psychological intervention and behavior correction of syphilis patients. Methods By the methods of literature review and investigation, the use of general data questionnaire, social impact scale measuring patients' demographic data, with the "social impact scale" investigate patients with syphilis patients with disease of shame, analyze the influencing factors of syphilis patients with disease of shame, adopt "partner trust scale"investigation on partner trust and syphilis patients in general statistical factors such as age, degree of correlation.Results(1)The study subjects were mainly aged between 20 and 40 years old, accounting for 55%;The proportion of unmarried was the highest,up to 57.7%.The higher the education level, the lower the incidence rate, the specific result is that middle school and below, high school or technical secondary school and undergraduate or junior college students account for the same proportion, accounting for 38.7%,34.2%and 24.3%respectively,and graduate students and above account for 2.7%.The patients were mainly concentrated in cities,up to 56.8%.The occupation is mainly in the staff.(2)The mean and standard deviation of the companion scale were 128.59 and 23.52,which were between 106 and 210,indicating that the subjects in this study firmly believed in their partners.Such a firm basis increased the possibility of the patients' growing old together. The subjects had the highest scores on social exclusion,22.17±5.22,followed by social isolation,17.55±4.09,followed by internal shame,11.51 +/-3.59,followed by economic discrimination,7.99±1.81.Based on the comparison of total scores of trust in partners and total scores of social trust, the gender difference of shame in the social impact scale was significant(T=-2.177,P= 032),and the level of shame in males was lower than that in females.Other dimensions included social exclusion(T=1.300,p= 196),economic discrimination(T=1.537,p=.127),social isolation(T=-0.603,p=.548),total social impact(T=-1.088,p=.279),and total partner trust(T=-1.414,p=.160).(3)From the perspective of age, there is a significant difference between the group aged 21-40 and the group aged 41-60 and the group aged over 60 in terms of shame perception. There were no significant differences in the total table of social exclusion, economic discrimination, social isolation and social impact and the total table of partner trust. From the perspective of marital status, there is no significant difference in different dimensions of marital status. The results of multiple comparisons showed that there was a significant difference in shame dimension between married and widowed, and there was a significant difference in total trust score between married and unmarried couples. There was no significant difference in the dimensions of different places of residence. There were significant differences in the dimensions of social exclusion(F= 3.597,P= 0.016)and economic discrimination(F=4.801,P=0.004)between subjects with different educational backgrounds, while there were no significant differences in other dimensions including internal shame, social isolation, social impact scale and total trust table of partners. In terms of different incomes, the non-income subjects only showed significant differences in the dimension of economic discrimination(F=3.243,p=.025),while there were no significant differences in the total scores of social exclusion, internal shame, social isolation and social impact scale. There was a significant difference in the total score of partner trust of different professions(F=2.510,P=0.035).The mean score of partner trust of students was the highest and that of businessmen was the lowest. There are no significant differences in other dimensions.(4)Multiple comparison results showed that employees, businessmen and unemployed or retired subjects scored significantly higher than students in social exclusion; In the social isolation dimension, workers, employees and unemployed or retired subjects were significantly higher than students.Farmers, workers, employees, students, unemployed or retired subjects scored significantly higher than businessmen on the total scores of partner trust.(5)The regression analysis results of statistical variables on inner shame showed that only statistical variables had significant influence on inner shame. The effect of age,sex and income on inner shame was studied by multiple linear regression. The finally constructed multiple linear regression model has statistical significance(F=2.303,p=0.015).(6)The correlation analysis results of the relationship between partner trust and social influence showed that there was no correlation between the total score of partner trust and social influence, social exclusion, economic discrimination and social isolation, which was positively correlated with the internal shame feeling and significantly correlated(r=.412,p= 000).Conclusion Age,gender, income and other factors of syphilis patients have significant influence on the internal shame sense, which provides a certain reference for the targeted treatment of patients. There is no correlation between the total score of partner trust and social influence, social exclusion, economic discrimination and social isolation, which was positively correlated with the internal shame feeling and significantly correlated(r=.412,p=.000).
