Objective: The present status and influencing factors of testosterone, progesterone, estradiol, prolactin, and follicle-stimulating mature hormone in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were analyzed, and the etiology of prostatic hyperplasia was discussed to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods: To choose 300 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were selected and diagnosed by urology from January 2016 to February 2018.All patients were diagnosed by imaging and pathology, and all of them were in accordance with the 2014 edition of "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Diseases in Urology".General data of all subjects were collected, prostate volume and blood levels of sex hormones were measured.According to the standard values, the five sex hormones were divided into normal group and abnormal group, and the influencing factors of various sex hormones were studied respectively. The chi-square test was conducted, and the meaningful factors were included in the logistic regression analysis. Results: 1.the basic situation of all patients The age range of 300 patients was 35 to 94 years old,and the average age was 64.80±11.55 years old.BMI: 18.72~30.10 with an average BMI of 24.63±1.81.Among them,BMI greater than or equal to 28.0 was 34 cases, accounting for 11.3%.There were 46 patients with hypertension, accounting for 15.33%.180 cases were smokers, accounting for 60.0%.There were 242 cases of drinking, accounting for 80.7%.All of the 300 patients were married.Economic income: 1,000-3,000 yuan for 150 patients, accounting for 50.0%.The prostate volume range was 6.81~56.03 ml,and the average volume was 23.70 ± 8.00 ml.246 cases, accounting for 82.0%,were treated with prostate volume ?30ml.There were 54 cases in > 30 ml group, accounting for 18.0%.2.The biochemical indicators The triglyceride range of 300 patients withprostate hyperplasia was 0.56~2.96mmol/L,and the average value was 1.97 ± 0.56 mmol/L.Total cholesterol range was 3.00~6.99 mmol/L,with an average value of 5.23±0.83 mmol/L.High density lipoprotein 0.59~2.49mmol/L,mean value(1.11±0.33)mmol/L;Low-density lipoprotein 0.99~6.99mmol/L,with an average of 3.06±0.83 mmol/L.Creatinine 60~187 mmol/L,mean(138.84±24.70)mmol/L.The average value of follicle-stimulating hormone(1.35~35.66 m IU/ml)was(7.27±4.13)m IU/ml,and the abnormal rate was 22.7%.The mean value(159.97±46.14)was pg/ml,with an abnormal rate of 27.0%.Testosterone was 0.99~7.69 ng/ml,with an average(4.76±1.26)pg/ml,with an abnormal rate of 68.0%.Pituitary prolactin was 12.01~58.39 ng/ml,with an average value(31.80±11.78)ng/ml,with an abnormal rate of 69.7%.Progesterone was 0.13~1.51 ng/ml,and the mean value(0.90±0.30)was ng/ml,with an abnormal rate of 57.7%.3.Univariate and univariate analysis of sex hormone levels in patients with prostate hyperplasia:(1)single factor analysis of factors affecting follicle-stimulating hormone in patients with prostate hyperplasia, including age, income, education level and prostate volume;Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age was the main factor affecting follicle-stimulating hormone abnormality(Wald=34.228,P<0.001).Over 80 years old(OR=134.419,95%CI=5.718-316.163)is a risk factor for abnormal folliclestimulating hormone in patients with prostate hyperplasia.Occupation, family per capita monthly income, education level and prostate volume were not the main influencing factors of follicle-stimulating hormone(P < 0.05).(2)univariate analysis showed that age, income and prostate volume were the main factors affecting estradiol in patients with prostate hyperplasia, while multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and income were the main factors influencing estradiol in patients with prostate hyperplasia(Wald=11.218,8.314,P=0.024,0.004).Age is a risk factor for estradiol hormones,50 to 59 years old(OR=7.753,95%CI=1.68-35.777).Family per capita monthly income is the protective factor of estradiol hormone, which is greater than OR equal to 3,000 yuan(OR=0.348,95%CI=0.17-0.713).Prostate volume was not the main influencing factor of estradiol level,P=0.133.(3)univariate analysis results showed that age, occupation, income, educational level,BMI and prostate volume were the influencing factors of testosterone level.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the main factors were age, income and prostate volume(Wald=41.23,4.933,14.474,P <0.001,0.026,and <0.0001,respectively).Age 60 to 69(OR=10.108,95%CI=1.451 to 70.419)were risk factors for testosterone.Higher than 3,000 yuan(OR=0.359,95%CI=0.145-0.886)was the protective factor for prostate volume in patients with prostate hyperplasia(OR=0.359,95%CI=0.145-0.886).The risk of abnormal testosterone levels was 0.168 times higher in the prostate volume group greater than 30 ml.Occupation, education level and BMI are meaningless, which are not the main influencing factors.(4)single factor chi-square test showed that age, occupation, family per capita monthly income, smoking, drinking,BMI,prostate volume, and multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that age and BMI(Wald=12.576,6.327,P=0.014,0.042)were the factors influencing pituitary prolactin in patients with prostate hyperplasia.BMI is a risk factor.Occupation, family per capita monthly income, smoking, drinking, and prostate volume had no significant effect, and were not the main factors affecting pituitary prolactin levels.(5)the single factor analysis of the influence factors of progesterone hormone with age, occupation, family per capita income, smoking, high blood pressure, prostate volume, the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis to the factors influencing patients with hyperplasia of prostate progesterone hormone with age, high blood pressure, prostate volume(Wald=21.229?4.567?6.384,P<0.001?0.033?0.012respectively).Age,hypertension and prostate volume are risk factors for progesterone.Occupation, income and smoking were not the main factors influencing the abnormal progesterone hormone level in patients with prostate hyperplasia. Conclusion: 1.In this study,300 patients with prostate hyperplasia were treated with folliclestimulating hormone(1.35~35.66 m IU/ml),with an abnormal rate of 22.7%.Estradiol hormone levels ranged from 51 to 229 pg/ml,with an abnormal rate of 27.0%.Testosterone levels were 0.99~7.69 ng/ml,with an abnormal rate of 68.0%.Pituitary prolactin was 12.01~58.39 ng/ml,with an abnormal rate of 69.7%.Progesterone hormone levels were 0.13~1.51 ng/ml,with an abnormal rate of 57.7%.2.Factors affecting abnormal sexual hormone levels in patients with prostate hyperplasia:(1)Age is the main factor influencing the abnormal production of folliclestimulating hormone.(2)Age,income and per capita monthly income are the main factors for the abnormal estradiol level.(3)The influencing factors of abnormal testosterone level are age, family per capita monthly income and prostate volume.(4)The factors of abnormal pituitary prolactin level were age and BMI.(5)Factors affecting progesterone hormones in patients with prostate hyperplasia include age, hypertension, prostate volume.
