ObjectiveThe aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the patient's grip level, nutritional status, clinical index and cardiovascular adverse events,by the grip strength test, subjective questionnaire and the constitution examination, provide the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients.MethodsIn this study, the continuous sampling method was used in 400 hospitalized patients aged 60 years, and after 2 years, there was a total of 365 cases of cardiovascular adverse events after follow-up telephone follow-up.According to the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events, the patients were divided into non-adverse event Group and adverse event Group, analyzed the difference of the two groups of general clinical data, grip level, nutrition status and constitution composition index, and analyzed the difference variables between groups. To analyze the independent risk factors of cardiovascular adverse events. To analyze the ability of grip level and body composition index to predict cardiovascular adverse events and to draw Roc curve.According to the subjective overall nutritional status, the patients were divided into good nutrition group, moderate or doubtful malnutrition group and severe malnutrition group, and compared the difference of the low grip strength between the three groups.According to the four points of grip level of 400 patients in group four, the differences of general data, biochemical indexes and echocardiography were analyzed respectively in male and female patients.ResultBy comparing the adverse event group with the non-adverse event group, the age,BNP,malnutrition, and diabetes prevalence in the adverse event group were higher, while grip strength and body mass index(BMI),left ventricular ejection fraction(EF%),hemoglobin, albumin, and total cholesterol(TC)were lower. At the same time, grip strength levels, albumin, and TC were independent correlates of cardiovascularadverse events.Analyze the ability of grip level to predict the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events and perform ROC curve. The area under the ROC curve and percent 95% CI of grip level were: 0.697(0.646,0.748),thus indicating grip level to adverse events. It has a certain predictive value. There were significant differences in muscle mass,fat-free body weight, percent body fat, total body water, and intracellular water content between the two groups.Analyze the ability of human body composition indicators to predict the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events and perform ROC curve.Compared with other body composition indicators,he area under the ROC curve and percent 95% CI of body fat percentages were: 0.607(0.527,0.688),thus indicating the percentage of body fat to adverse events. It has a higher predictive value. It was found that the grip strength was lower as the nutritional status gradually worsened. The incidence was significantly higher(P< 0.0001).In the quartile grouping of the grip strength levels of males and females respectively, both males and females gradually decreased in age, creatinine level,BNP,and malnutrition,as grip strength increased(P< 0.0001),while BMI,hemoglobin, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEFD)gradually increased with increasing grip strength(P< 0.0001).Conclusion1.Grip level and nutritional status are closely related to cardiovascular adverse events.Grip level is independent correlates of cardiovascular adverse events.Grip level has a certain predictive value for the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events.2.Muscle mass, lean body mass, body fat percentage, total water content, and intracellular water content in the human body composition index are closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events.Compared with muscle mass, lean body mass, total water content and intracellular water content, the percentage of body fat has a higher predictive value for the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events. And body fat percentage is independent correlates of cardiovascular adverse events.3.Albumin and total cholesterol are independent correlates of cardiovascular adverse events.4.As the nutritional status deteriorates, grip strength gradually decreases.
