Purpose: The incidence of cervical spondylosis is increasing with the use of mobile phones and computers.The results of the questionnaire showed that 72.14% of office staffs at high risk of cervical spondylosis.This high-risk state will increase the incidence of their cervical spondylosis,with the low work efficiency and quality of life.In order to avoid the above problems,a convenient and effective method is urgently needed.Daily cervical spondylosis exercise is a simple,convenient,rapid and effective method for the prevention of cervical spondylosis in high-risk office staffs.Those motions design are based on the inflammatory activity and stability function in the physical rehabilitation system.According to the needs of the office population and in line with the characteristics of human anatomy,it aims to correct the abnormal state of neck and shoulder bones and muscles in the office staffs with high risk of cervical spondylosis,and it is easy to operate and promote.The purpose of this study was to improve the mobility of cervical vertebrae and the subjective feelings in work and life of office staffs at high risk of cervical spondylosis through 1month of daily cervical spine exercises.Methods: 60 office workers were randomly divided into groups A and B,with 30 people in each group.Group A was the experimental group(28 people actually participated in the experiment and 2people withdrew from the experiment).They were still carried out according to their daily work and life style,and had A cervical spine exercise every day.Group B was the blank control group(29people actually participated in the experiment and 1 person withdrew from the experiment),and they still carried out daily work and life without any intervention.The immediate changes before experiment,after the first exercise,after experiment 1 week,after experiment 2 weeks,after experiment 3 weeks and after experiment 4 weeks were evaluated and analyzed.In this paper,pain(VAS),cervical anterior flexion,posterior flexion,left flexion,right flexion,left rotation,right rotation activity,sleep quality,upset degree,time affecting work and life,inattention degree and other indicators were used to determine the improvement of cervical spine problems in office population.Results,conclusion and Suggestions: according to the experimental data,the cervical vertebra extension Angle,left rotation Angle and right rotation Angle of the subjects in the experimental group were increased after 1 month of daily cervical vertebra exercise(p < 0.05).The pain score of VAS,the influence of sleep time,the degree of upset and the degree of influence of work decreased(p < 0.05).However,there was no significant improvement in anterior cervical extension Angle,left flexion Angle,right flexion Angle and attention degree of subjects(P > 0.05).The subjects in the control group had no significant difference in anterior cervical flexion Angle,posterior extension Angle,left lateral rotation Angle,right lateral rotation Angle,left lateral flexion Angle,right lateral flexion Angle,VAS pain score,influence on work degree,influence on sleep degree,upset and distress degree and attention concentration degree before and after the experiment(p 0.05).Conclusion: 1 month of daily cervical spondylolisthesis improved the cervical extension Angle,left rotation Angle and right rotation Angle of the high-risk group of cervical spondylosis in the office.For the neck pain discomfort degree,sleep quality,impact on the degree of work,upset degree to alleviate;There was no significant improvement in anterior cervical flexion Angle,left flexion Angle,right flexion Angle and concentration of subjects.Suggestions: daily cervical spondylosis exercises can improve cervical vertebra problems in high-risk groups of cervical spondylosis in the office,and it is recommended to be popularized.However,the experiment time is short,and the experimental results fail to meet the expectation.If conditions permit in this experiment,it is recommended to focus on training subjects.
