Clinical Analysis Of The Effect Of YAO TU KE LI On The Postoperative Recovery Of Foraminotomy

Objective:To verify the efficacy of YAO TU KE LI in the rehabilitation after the operation of the foramen ovale.Methods:A total of 100 patients with minimally invasive surgery in the Third Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The patients in the observation group were treated with diclofenac sodium Capsule and with YAO TU KE LI,the control group only diclofenac sodium release capsules.Two groups of patients are 10 days for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.The patients were were evaluated by Visual An-alogue Scale(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Japanese Orthopedic Association Scores(JOA)before operation,immediately after operation,after 1 course of treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment and 3 months after operation.At the last follow-up 3 months after operation,the modified Macnab score was used to evaluate the curative effect.Results:The follow-up observation group 46 cases,23 males and 23 females,control group 45 cases,23 males and 22 females.There was no significant difference in the baseline data(gender,average age,average duration of disease,responsibility segment distribution)between the two groups of patients,with comparability(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score,JOA score and ODI index between the two groups before and immediately after operation(P>0.05).After one course of treatment,the VAS score and JOA score of two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05),the ODI index had significant statistical difference(P=0.0020<0.05).VAS score,JOA score and ODI index of the two groups after 2,3 courses of operation and 3 months after operation showed significant statistical difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS score and ODI index between the two groups at 3 months and 3 courses after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA score between the 3 months after operation and 3 courses after operation(P=0.5641)>0.05,compared with the control group there was a significant difference P=0.0412<0.05.Conclusion:YAO TU KE LI for postoperative pain and intervertebral foramen both good blood circulation,blood stasis,contribute to the recovery of patients after transforaminal endoscopic surgery,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
