Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative complications in patients with colon cancer, and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of colon cancer. Methods A total of 404 patients with colon cancer who were diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2017 were enrolled.Among them,55 patients had complications(complication group),38 males and 17 females. For example,349 patients(complications without complications),207 males and 142 females. The patients in the two groups were analyzed for preoperative intestinal obstruction, postoperative blood glucose, white blood cells, tumor site,ASA classification, surgical incision type, operation time,TMN stage and pathological features.Postoperative complications included anastomotic leakage, wound infection,Intraperitoneal infection and intra-abdominal hemorrhage. All data from both groups were analyzed by SPSS22 statistical software for single factor and logistic multivariate regression analysis.Result1.The age, gender, preoperative hemoglobin(124.11±31.24g/L vs 120.29±26.38g/L),whether there is intestinal obstruction, surgical operation(49 patients with open surgery, under the operation of laparoscopic surgery)6 cases of 294 open laparotomy,55 cases of laparoscopic surgery,ASA classification(1 case of grade ?,34 cases of grade ?,19 cases of grade ?,1 case of stage ?,17 cases of vsI,and 206 cases of grade ? 121 cases of grade ?,5 cases of grade ?),tumor site, tumor differentiation degree(1 case of mucinous adenocarcinoma,54 cases of adenocarcinoma,14 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma,333 cases of adenocarcinoma,2 of adenosquamous carcinoma)Cases and TNM staging(1 case in stage I,31 cases in stage II,22 cases in stage ?5 1 case vs stage 1 in stage ?,193 cases in stage II,145 cases in stage III,10 cases in stage ?)and other factors were not significant Difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with the non-complication group, the operative group had Symptoms until consultation time(78.42±6.15days vs 61.51 ±2.45days),operative time(188.36±49.07 points vs±54.44±48.14 points)and WBC level((8.98±3.38)*10^9vs(7.42±3.08)*10^9)Blood glucose(6.81±3.31mmol/Lvs5.90±1.74mmol/L)was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Multivariate regression analysis showed that Symptoms until consultation time, operation time,WBC level and blood glucose were independent factors influencing postoperative complications of colon cancer.4.The results of ROC curve analysis show that Symptoms until consultation time, operation time, blood glucose and WBC level have certain predictive value for complications, and have significant predictive value. Conclusion The Symptoms until consultation time, operation time,WBC value and blood glucose of colon cancer patients are independent factors influencing the postoperative complications of colon cancer.
