Objective:Through the investigation of the intrinsic strength, family care and alexithymia of postoperative patients with bladder cancer,to understand the intrinsic strength, family care and alexithymia of patients with postoperative cancer surgery, and to analyze the postoperative patients with bladder cancer in the general data questionnaire. The difference is to explore the relationship between internal strength, family care and alexithymia, and provide a theoretical reference for reducing the level of alexithymia and improving internal strength and family care. Methods:In this study,a general data questionnaire, the Inner Strength Scale(ISS),the Family APGAR Index(APGAR),and the twenty-item Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20)were used to facilitate the sampling of bladder cancer patients. The data were t-tested using SPSS statistical software.Statistical methods such as analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results:(1)The total score of inner strength for postoperative patients with bladder cancer was(74.42± 15.60).In this study, the inner strength of postoperative pati ents with bladder cancer showed significant differences in education levels, care giver status, per capita monthly income, understanding of disease(P<0.05).(2)The total score of family care for postoperative patients with bladder ca ncer was(5.23± 1.98).In this study, the family care level of postoperative patie nts with bladder cancer showed significant differences in age, ethnicity, marital status, education levels, caregiver status, caregiver health, per capita monthly in come(P<0.05).(3)The total score of alexithymia for postoperative patients with bladder cancer was(64.19±7.29).In this study, the alexithymia levels of postoperative patients with bladder cancer showed significant differences in age, marital status, place of residence, occupation, cultural degree, caregiver status, per capita monthly income(P<0.05).(4)Via the analyses of relationship among inner strength, family care and alexithymia, this paper concluded that the inner strength and alexithymia showed a negative correlation(r=-0.417,P<0.01),family care and alexithymia indicated a negative correlation(r=-0.405,P<0.01),and the inner strength and family care provided a positive correlation(r=0.538,P<0.01).(5)Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the predictors of alexithymia were,in descending order:inner strength, caregiver health status, patient occupation, caregiver status.Conclusions:(1)In this study, the inner strength level and family care levels of postoperative patients with bladder cancer were at the medium level;the patients participating in this study were at the status of alexithymia postoperative patients with bladder cancer.(2)In this study, there was a correlation among inner strength, family care and alexithymia in postoperative patients with bladder cancer. Both innerl strength and family care were negatively correlated with alexithymia, meanwhile, inner strength and family care showed a positive correlation with each other.(3)In this study, among the factors affecting alexithymia in postoperative patients with bladder cancer, inner strength played the largest role, and improving the patient's inner strength was conducive to effectively reducing alexithymia.
