Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction in treating children with tic disorder(phlegm-fire disturbing the mind),and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating children with tic disorder.Methods A total of 140 cases were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(100 cases)and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was given Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction and the control group was given Tiapride Tablets orally.The parents of the two groups were given health education.Taking 12 weeks as a course of treatment,the two groups were compared after treatment,including the total curative effect,Yale Tourette Scale score improvement,TCM syndrome score improvement and side effects.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the results,and to evaluate the effect of Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of phlegm-fire disturbing psychotype.Clinical efficacy of tic disorder in children.Results 1.Before and after treatment,there were significant differences in Yale symptom total score,phonation tic tic score,motor tic score and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant curative effect in the treatment of tic disorder in children.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the total score of severity and the score of motor tic tic disorder(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same effect in improving the total score and the score of motor tic disorder.3.There was significant difference between the two groups in improving phonation tic tic score and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment was superior to the control group in improving phonation tic score and TCM syndrome.4.The incidence of side effects was 4%in the treatment group and 27.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion 1.Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction has the same effect as Tiapride in improving motor tic score and total tic score,better effect than Tiapride in improving phonic tic tic score and TCM syndrome score,and higher safety than Tiapride.2.Lingjiao Gouteng Decoction is effective and safe,further confirming the advantages and prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with tic disorders.
