Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Hypertension(Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity)

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with Western medicine hypertension in primary hypertensive patients.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture joint therapy for hypertension and observe its effectiveness.Methods: In this study,72 subjects were randomly divided into two groups by means of randomized numerical tables,with acupoint application combined with Western medicine for the treatment of hypertension(experimental group)and conventional Western medicine for the treatment of hypertension(control group),with 36 cases each.The acupuncture points in the treatment group are: Yongquan,Shenmen,Neiguan,Quchi,Sanyin,and Taichong,all of which are double-sided points.Drug selection: wuyu,cinnamon,lobuma,gastrodia,shijingming,chuanxiong,white Peony,summer dried grass,etc..Take a rest for 1 day after each 6 consecutive days,and a course of treatment every 7 days for a total of 4 courses.Both the control group and the treatment group took Western medicine as active amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets.After entering the group,blood pressure was measured at 8:00each time and the patient's clinical symptoms were observed.Finally,the improvement of blood pressure and symptoms of the two groups was assessed based on the score.Results: 1.Comparisons between the two groups before and after treatment: There were significant differences in the number of hypertension and the score of hypertension symptoms between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups had significant decreases in the number of hypertension and the score of hypertension symptoms before and after treatment.2.Comparison between the two groups: 19 cases(59.36%)were markedly effective,9 cases(28.16%)were effective,4 cases(9.40%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.5%;15 cases(50%)were markedly effective,10 cases(33.33%)were effective,5cases(16.67%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion: Acupoint application combined with MOXA amlodipine tablets and simple oral MOXA amlodipine tablets are effective methods for the treatment of Yin and Yang hypertensive essential hypertension,but acupoint application combined therapy for thetreatment of primary hypertension The efficiency is better than that of simple oral Western medicine.And acupoint application therapy has the characteristics of low price,convenient use,excellent effect,and easy to operate by non-professional people.Therefore,acupoint application combined therapy for yin and Yang hypertensive hypertension is worth promoting to various types of people and medical places in society.
