PurposeThis study aims to explore the application of virtual simulation of large-scale medical imaging equipment in teaching.Taking Computed Tomography(Computed Tomography)machine as an example,this study USES virtual reality technology,3Dsmax modeling and Unity animation production to simulate its working environment,equipment structure disassembly,principle explanation and simulation of working process.In the teaching of medical imaging equipment in colleges and universities,audio-visual teaching is used to create a situation,stimulate the healthy and positive learning experience of students,improve the teaching quality,reduce the teaching cost,train modern skilled talents,and provide resources for the later construction of virtual platform database.Methods1.Through inspection to the hospital clinical laboratory and medical colleges and universities and image,inspection of medical imaging equipment related to talent market demand and technical requirements,investigation of imaging equipment in colleges and universities to learn theory and the present situation of practice teaching,should investigate CT machine running,measurements,photos,video,etc.,to collect the real working conditions and the actual structure size of the CT machine and other materials;2.Collected and reviewed a large number of references and books related to CT machine and virtual simulation technology,analyzed and sorted out the working principle,structure,operation process and use of virtual simulation technology displayed by CT machine in the teaching process;3.In a typical American GE company's 64 128 layer spiral CT as a template,using 3dsmax in CT machine,the X-ray generator,X-ray detection sections,scanning and scanning bed and peripheral and internal structure modeling,texturing,and then the model imported into Unity3 D software animation video and publish for simulation system;4.Apply the finished animation video to the theoretical and practical teaching of medical imaging equipment,and analyze the effect of the simulation system in teaching.Results1.Set up 3d models of each module including X-ray generating device,X-ray detection part,scanning frame,scanning bed and some peripheral equipment of CTmachine in 3Dsmax environment;2.Virtual simulation browsing of the CT machine room was conducted with lens movement to demonstrate the working environment of the CT machine,and the basic structure and working principle of the CT machine were introduced through equipment disassembly;3.Demonstrate the normal operation process and operation process of CT machine through interactive training of equipment operation;4.The virtual simulation system of CT machine is three-dimensional,intuitive,convenient and interesting,which can attract students' eyes to a certain extent;5.Its model and simulation system can be applied to the construction of virtual platform database.ConclusionThe CT machine simulation system is applied to the teaching of medical imaging equipment,combining the real with the virtual,to realize the disassembly of CT machine,the display of structure principle,and the virtual simulation of operation,which brings about great changes for the theoretical and practical teaching and provides strong technical support for the digitized management of information.
