Theoretical Discussion On The Treatment Of Lily Disease Syndrome

The lily disease is the forward by Zhang Zhongjing in the synopsis of the Golden chamber,and a complete theory of determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs was established.Because of it complicated condition,the doctors of the past dynasties,have many opinions,.The names,etiology and pathogenesis of lily disease were discussed.It is believed this "key of pathogenesis lies in the heat of yin deficiency involving,many pathological.This paper uses the method of literature study to make a review of the discussion and literature on lily disease by ancient and modern physicians and to illustrate the clinical report and practice.The thesis is divided into three parts:the first part is the study of TCM disease syndrome.First of all,it is very important to know what is the disease of lily.Based on the research of TCM syndrome differentiation and disease syndrome,this paper sums up the main points of distinguishing and treating Lily disease,and makes the clinical identification of lily disease more definite and targeted treatment.The relativity between Lily disease and modern medical disease was discussed,and the comparison was made with the syndrome of the similar disease,such as the small Bupleurum decoction,the foul-mania syndrome and so on.The second part of the"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,"The role of the prescription of Lily disease,the main discussion of Lily Decoction,such as the role of the mechanism of the main treatment and the characteristics of the syndrome.The third part is the summary of clinical application.By collecting reports of modern application of lily-like side treatment,this paper analyzes and sums up the experience of treating diseases by using Lily in the clinical medicine of ancient and modern doctors,combined with the practice and experience of the author,in order to provide the basis and thinking for further study on the related diseases and syndromes,and provide reference for the rational use of lily decoction and Lily soup.
