Clinical Efficacy Of Guantong Decoction In The Treatment Of PCI Postoperative Patients With Recurrent Angina And Its Effect On Coagulation And Fibrinolysis System

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Guantong Decoction in treating recurrent angina pectoris after PCI operation,and to study the effect of Guantong Decoction on coagulation and fibrinolysis system of PCI postoperative patients with recurrent angina pectoris,so as to provide new ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine in treating recurrent angina pectoris after PCI operation.Methods:58 patients with recurrent angina pectoris after PCI for coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria were sorted according to the order of the admition time.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely treatment group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine only,while the treatment group was treated with Guantong Decoction decoction in addition to the treatment that the control group was taking,the duration was one month.The main clinical manifestations(including pain degree,attack frequency and duration of the angina pectoris),nitroglycerin reduction and stop,Seattle Angina Questionnaire,coagulation function(mainly observing APTT,PT,FIB)changes,liver and kidney function,urine routine,stool routine and other indicators before and after treatment were recorded respectively,and the improvement of angina pectoris and the influence on coagulation and fibrinolysis system before and after treatment by Guantong Decoction were compared.Results: Treatment group and control group can both relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attack and shorten the attack time for PCI postoperative patients with recurrent angina pectoris.The total effective rate of angina pectoris after treatment was 86.21% in treatment group and 57.14% in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group was better performing than the control group.In terms of nitroglycerin dosage,both groups can reduce nitroglycerin dosage after treatment.The total reduction rate of treatment group was 79.31%,while that of control group was 57.14%,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of Seattle Angina Questionnaiire,both groups can improve the quality of life.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment group was superior to the control group.In terms of coagulation and fibrinolysis system,both the treatment group and the control group can prolong APTT and PT time,and reduce FIB concentration after treatment.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group better performed the control group.Conclusion: 1.Guantong Decoction combining with conventional western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of PCI postoperative patients with recurrent angina pectoris and reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris.Its curative effect was superior to that of conventional western medicine.2.Guantong Decoction combining with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the score of Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale for PCI postoperative patients with recurrent angina pectoris,to improve thepatient's quality of life.3.Guantong Decoction combining with conventional western medicine can prolong APTT and PT time,and reduce FIB concentration.Guantong Decoction has effect on coagulation and fibrinolysis system of PCI postoperative patients with recurrent anginapectoris,helps prevent thrombosis.
