OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and optimize the clinical path plan of TCM patients by the case-control study method, explore the advantages of TCM clinical path optimization program in the treatment of rickets, and provide theoretical basis for the promotion of TCM clinical path optimization program for treatment of rickets.METHODS: Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our department were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to October 1818.They were randomly divided into two groups, namely Chinese medicine practitioners.Clinical Path Optimization Program Treatment Group(Optimized Path Group)and Non-TCM Clinical Path Treatment Group(non-path group).TCM clinical pathw ay optimization program treatment group: refer to the "National Chinese Medicine Administration's 11 th Five-Year Key Specialist Collab orative Group " Xinyi Disease(Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis)" TCM Clinical Path Diagnosis and Treatment Program",and the program is inspected Optimization of treatment programs and hospital stays. The treatment efficacy was evaluated by the TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Efficacy Standard(Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry St andard of the People's Republic of China),and the statistical analys is of the hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and expenses of various treatment items were recorded, and the non-Chinese medicine clinical path treatment(conventional experience treatment group)was compared. The cost of treatment, hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses and TCM treatment, oral administration of Chinese medicine, intravenous infusion of western medicine, auxiliary examination, comprehensive medical service items.Explore the advantages of TCM clinical pathway optimization programs.RESULTS: There was no significant difference in gender, age, duration of disease and TCM syndrome between the non-pathway treatment group and the optimized route treatment group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores were significantly lower after treatment.Although the optimal path group between the two groups achieved good results, the VAS scores were not significantly different from those of the non-path group(P> 0.05),the efficacy of the optimized path regimen was proved to be affirmative;the optimal curative effect of CSR patients was significantly different from that of nonpathway patients(P>0.05);the number of hospitalization days in the optimized route treatment group was significantly lower than that of the non-pathway treatment group(P<0.05).The cost of hospitaliz ation in the optimized path treatment group was significantly lower than that in the non-path group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comprehensive medical service cost between the optimized path treatment group and the non-path treatment group(P>0.05).The optimized path treatment group was in Chinese medicine. The cost of external treatment, oral administration of Chinese medicine, oral infusion of western medicine and auxiliary examination was significantly lower than that of the non-path treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the optimized path group and the non-path group in the treatment of CSR patients is basically the same. Both groups can significantly reduce the VAS score after tre atment, but the difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment is not significant.Optimized path group treatment significantly reduced hospital stay and hospitalization costs compared with non-path group therapy. It is proved that the use of optimized TCM clinical path program can reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses while achieving clinical curative effect, which is conducive to the rational use of medical resources and worthy of clinical promotion.
