A series of complications such as total blindness, kidney, amputation and neuropathy caused by T2 DM have seriously affected the lives of patients and caused huge economic burden to society. The idea that diabetes can be prevented by exercise has become a hot topic in various fields. In recent years, according to many studies, regular aerobic or resistance exercise can prevent and delay the development of diabetic complications. It can improve the body's gait, balance and plantar pressure to a certain extent. However, there are few studies on the combination of aerobic resistance and aerobic resistance in the gait intervention of patients with T2 DM.Therefore, this paper chooses Taijiquan and Taijiquan combined with resistance exercise to compare the effects of two different exercise interventions on abnormal gait of patients with diabetes mellitus.Through experimental study, the effects of two different exercise interventions on patients with T2 DM are analyzed, providing a most effective exercise rehabilitation program for patients with T2 DM.According to the principle of voluntariness,30 eligible patients were selected after three exercise risk assessments and randomly divided into three groups: Taijiquan combined resistance group(group A),Taijiquan group(group B)and control group(group C).Group C only took normal drug treatment, group B and group A took concentrated exercise on the basis of normal drug treatment.During the experiment, group A and group B exercised 1 hour a day for 16 weeks. Before and after the intervention, gait ability, balance ability and plantar pressure of the three groups were measured, and the parameters were analyzed. After 16 weeks of reasonable exercise, there were different changes in group A and B before and after exercis.(1)In group A and B,there were significant changes in step length, step width, single foot support time and foot axis angle(p<0.05),while in group B,there were significant changes in step speed(p<0.01).(2)The swing length, ellipse area, ellipse inclination angle,X-axis average swing amplitude and Y-axis swing speed of group A and B were significantly improved.Compared with group C,the swing length and ellipse area of group B presented(p<0.01).(3)In group A,M2-3 and heel area were the indicators of increasing contact area of left and right feet, while HM area of right feet decreased. The peak pressure of left foot decreased in T1,M2-3,M4-5,HM and HL,while that of right foot decreased in M2-3 and AM.There was no change in M1,AL and T2 before and after the experiment(p>0.05).Under the condition of normal drug treatment,Taijiquan and Taijiquan combined with resistance exercise can improve the gait ability, balance ability and plantar pressure of patients with T2 DM,and the effect is better than that of drug treatment alone(group C).From the results of this experiment and physiological aspects,Taijiquan combined with resistance exercise is more effective in assistant treatment of patients with T2 DM.The effective combination of the two makes the gait ability, balance ability, plantar pressure and other indicators of patients have a very significant improvement,so the intervention effect of Taijiquan combined resistance exercise is significantly stronger than that of single Taijiquan exercise.
