Objective: To optimize the massage therapy for patients with central obesity complicated with insulin resistance.To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and influence of abdominal movement through massage on patients with central obesity complicated with insulin resistance.Methods:In accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled,will be included in the standard center in patients with obesity and insulin resistance,according to the doctor order number,use a computer randomly assigned number,divided into experimental group and the control group(n = 36,treatment group using the method of shipment pass after abdominal massage therapy,the control group oral sibutramine hydrochloride treatment,take a month for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment;Collection and two groups of patients with body mass index(BMI,glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA,FINS2 hNS fasting insulin,insulin sensitive index(ISI),low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C waist-to-hip ratio WHR,HOMA insulin resistance-IR,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C,osteocalcin OC data,through the analysis of the dynamic volatility indicators in the two groups after treatment respectively before and after the contrast and comparison between the two way and shipment pass after abdominal massage method HOMA in patients with central obesity insulin resistance-IR,the influence of the OC,To sum up the study on the clinical effect of abdominal movement through massage on insulin resistance patients with central obesity.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 87.50%and 78.79%,respectively.(2)After the intervention,BMI,HbA,FINS2 hNS,ISI,ldl-c,WHR and hdl-c values of the two groups all decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more significant than the control group.(3)OC content in the body of patients with central obesity decreased with the increase of BMI,and homr-ir decreased with the increase of BMI,and there was a certain linear relationship,indicating that obesity had an interaction with OC and homr-ir formation.Conclusion: Optimizing the clinical effect of meridian massage on insulin resistance in patients with central obesity is better,and it is indicated that the therapeutic effect is achieved by improving the HOMA-IR and OC levels of the body.(P < 0.01).
