In 1985,the first case of HIV carriers was discovered in China.For the next30 years,AIDS has been a serious social problem that threatens public health.The development of new media,especially the rapid development of Weibo,has greatly contributed to the spread of AIDS-related health information.This thesis takes the hot Weibo topic with key words “AIDS”as the study subject,and grabs its contents and comments as study sample,and conducts study in the following five perspectives: Weibo main body,Weibo content,Weibo audience,Weibo Communication channels and models,and the effect of Weibo communication.Weibo "AIDS" health information dissemination has formed a diversified communication mainbody with media official blog,government microblog,marketing microblog,star opinion leaders,etc.;Weibo "AIDS" health information dissemination audience still need to rely on micro Bo’s push function is in contact with health information,and most of the audience show the characteristics of “onlookers”.The content of Weibo “AIDS” health information dissemination is mainly based on the popularity of health knowledge,and it is characterized by rich form and increasingly rational.Weibo“AIDS” health information dissemination channels can be divided into general communication channels and interactive communication channels according to the degree of use of Weibo functions.Weibo audience have a higher level of understanding and understanding of “AIDS” health information,but there is little change in health behavior.At present,Weibo’s “AIDS” health information dissemination still has problems such as unbalanced communication,out-of-control of controversial health information,flood of marketing information,and “floating” of communication.The main reason is the lack ofcooperation and interaction between communication subjects and the lack of Weibo marketing supervision.Lack of proper guidance,the resolution of these issues requires a variety of cooperation,including the establishment of authority,the participation of experts,the public welfare of communication and the establishment of long-term communication mechanisms.
