Objective:To investigate the relationship between HR-HPV infection in vaginal microecology and the occurrence and development of cervical diseases. Methods:Choose between January 2018 and June 2018,the autonomous region people's hospital of department of gynaecology clinic on parallel cervical cancer screening of 156 cases of women as the research object,on the vaginal microecological test, cervical liquid based cytology(TCT)and high risk type HPV detection(HC2)in which 78 cases of HPV positive for 38 cases of cervical lesions as a case group, with 78 cases of HPV nagative and 118 cases of normal cervix as a control group,to analyze its cervical examination results of patients with normal vaginal flora distribution. The relationship between vaginal flora distribution and vaginal pH value leucorrhea cleanliness was analyzed. The vaginal flora distribution in the HR-HPV positive group and the negative group was analyzed. Results:Among the detection rates of vaginal flora in patients with cervical lesions, lactobacillus had the highest detection rate. There was a significant difference between patients with cervical malignant lesions and those with non-malignant lesions in lactobacillus due cells or bacteria(p<0.05).With the increase of vaginal pH value, the detection rate of lactobacillus decreased gradually,The possibility of HPV infection and cervical lesions in patients with 3-4 degree vaginal cleailiness was significantly higher than those with 1-2 degree vaginal cleanliness. The possibility of HPV infection and cervical lesions in vaginal Candida infection was significantly higher than that in non-candida infection, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:There is a close relationship between the cervical microecology and the occurrence and development of cervieal diseases.Lactobacillus is a protective factor to maintain the normal vaginal microecology. The possibility of HPV infection and cervical lesions in patients with little or no lactobacillus is significantly higher than that in patients with multiple lactobacillus.Poor vaginal cleanliness and Candida infection may increase the possibility of HPV infection and cervical lesions.
