Objective: Retrospectively analyzed Clinicopathological characteristics and serological parameters of 205 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation with its prognosis. Methods: According to inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria,Clinicopathological characteristics and serological parameters of 205 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since 2007 to 2017.The data was analyzed by SPSS21.0 software. Results: The clinicopathological characteristics and serological parameters of 205 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed carefully.Univariate analysis of Cox proportional risk regression model shows tha Age,Treatment,Neck lymph node dissection,Surgical margin,Fasting blood glucose,BMI index,PNI,PLR and Hemoglobin were positive predictors, while Primary tumor size,Differentiation,Recurrence,Alcohol consumption and Monocyte were negative predictors.Multivariate results of Cox proportional risk regression model shows that Tumor recurrence,BMI index,Fasting blood glucose,Surgical margin,Alcohol consumption,Monocyte,Hemoglobin and Serum albumin were independent risk factors for oral squamous cell carcinoma.PNI was positively correlated with LMR,Negatively correlated with NLR and PLR levels. Conclusion: Fasting blood glucose could be used as an independent prognostic index for oral squamous cell carcinoma;patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma should be given priority to comprehensive sequential therapy based on surgical treatment as far as possible to improve their overall survival and prognosis;PNI can be used as a simple predictor to reflect the nutritional status and immune status of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma, attention should be paid to nutritional status of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
