Objective: Understand the current situation of job burnout among nurses in the nursing home in Guangxi and the differences between nurses in public pension institutions and nurses in the nursing home,and explore the severity of different dimensions of burnout.This paper discusses the causes of job burnout of nurses in the old-age care institutions in Guangxi,and provides some reference for the development of pension policies in Guangxi.Methods: The questionnaire survey method was used for research.Developed by the psychologists of the University of California,Pacra,Cristina Masle and Susan Jackson,the Chinese version of the Burnout Scale Service Industry Edition(MBI-HSS)compiled by Professor Peng Meici of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Survey tool.Results: The overall job burnout rate of nurses in Guangxi pension institutions was 69%.According to the three-dimensional statistics of burnout,the detection rate of emotional exhaustion was 38.9%,the detection rate of humanization was 48.6%,and the detection rate of low personal achievement was 25%.The rate of job burnout in public pension institutions was 88%.According to the three-dimensional statistics of burnout,the detection rate of emotional exhaustion was 52.9%,the detection rate of humanization was 50%,and the detection rate of low personal achievement was 35.3%.The occupational burnout of the old nutrition institutions The detection rate was 55%,and the three-dimensionality of burnout was used.The detection rate of emotional exhaustion was 26.3%;the detection rate of humanization was 39.5%,and the detection rate of low personal achievement was 15.8%;the public pension institutions and the old institutions of the elderly had emotional exhaustion.There is a significant difference in the detection rate.Conclusion:1.Occupational burnout of nurses in nursing institutions is widespread.2.The occupational burnout of nurses in public pension service institutions is more serious than that of nurses in private pension service institutions.3.Age and professional title are important factors affecting job burnout of nurses in nursing institutions.
