Objective(1)Exploring the intervention effect of breathing relaxation training on sleep quality, anxiety, depressive and post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients;(2)To improve the mental health and to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients by improving the sleep quality and stress psychological status.MethodsIn a third-grade hospital in Dalian,Liaoning province,70 patients with breast cancer who met the exclusion criteria were selected for non-concurrent control experiments from January 2018 to October 2018.35 breast cancer patients who met the criteria from January 2018 to April 2018 were used as the control group, and 35 breast cancer patients who met the criteria from May to October 2018 were set as the experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine breast cancer perioperative and chemotherapy care;the experimental group received routine nursing and breathing relaxation training intervention.Used questionnaires, the general data questionnaire, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale, the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale?the Self-Rating Depression Scale and the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory before the first 1-3 days(T1),the first chemotherapy(T2),and the third chemotherapy(T3)to assess the general condition, sleep quality, and stress psychological status of the patient. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0,including descriptive statistical analysis, two independent sample t test,chi-square test,Fisher exact probability method and non-parametric Mann-Whitney rank sum test, paired sample t test and repeatedANOVAs.Results1 Objects lossAt the end of the study, there were 33 and 31 breast cancer patients in the control group and the experimental group, respectively, and the loss rates were 5.71% and11.43%,respectively.2 Comparison of general data and baseline data between groupsThe results of the 1st to 3rd day(T1)node evaluation showed that the difference between the general data, the total score of sleep quality and the scores of all dimensions, the total score of anxiety and depression, the total score of post-traumatic growth, and the scores of each dimension were Not statistically significant(P>0.05).3 Paired sample t-test analysis of sleep quality and stress psychology between the two groups before and after interventionThe t-test results of paired samples before and after intervention showed that the T3 node sleep quality score and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, daytime dysfunction score, anxiety and depression score were significantly lower than the T1 node score(P<0.05),and showed a significant downward trend;post-traumatic growth score and life perception, personal strength, the new possibility and self-transition scores were significantly lower than the T1 node score(P<0.05);the total score of sleep quality and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep disorder in the control group T3 node.Daytime dysfunction, sleep efficiency score, anxiety and depression scores were significantly higher than T1 node scores(P<0.05),while post-traumatic growth scores and life perceptions, personal strength, new possibilities, self The conversion scores were significantly lower than the T1 node score(P<0.05).4 Two independent samples t-test analysis of sleep quality and stress psychology in two groups of T2 and T3 nodesTwo independent sample t-tests were used to compare the differences in sleep quality and stress psychology between the two groups at T2 and T3.The results showedthat the T2 node experimental group had a total score of sleep quality and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency score,The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of post-traumatic growth score and 5 dimensions were not statistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05).The patients in the T3 node experimental group were Total sleep quality and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, subjective sleep time, sleep efficiency score, anxiety and depression score, life perception and personal strength score after traumatic growth were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),post-traumatic There was no statistical difference in the total score of growth and the other dimensions compared with the control group(P>0.05).5 Analysis of repeated ANOVAs of sleep quality and stress psychology in two groupsRepeated ANOVAs analysis showed that the group had significant effects on total sleep quality and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, anxiety and depression scores, life perceptions in post-traumatic growth, and individual strength scores(P<0.05).Interaction with time on total sleep quality and subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction, sleep efficiency, anxiety and depression, life perception and self-transformation in post-traumatic growth(P<0.05)).Conclusion1 The program of breathing relaxation training can improve the quality of sleep in breast cancer patients.2 The program of breathing relaxation training can alleviate the anxiety and depressive symptoms of breast cancer patients, and inhibit the degree of both.3 The program of breathing relaxation training has no significant effect on the post-traumatic growth level of breast cancer patients.
