Expression And Clinical Significance Of EBNA2 Gene Inhodgkin's Lymphoma

Objective: To study the difference of EBNA2 gene in blood samples and wax samples of patients with EB virus positive Hodgkin's lymphoma and its expression in EBV positive HL and its clinical significance.Methods: The EBV positive patients in the third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University were screened out according to the immunohistochemical method.The expression of EBNA2 gene in blood samples and wax samples of patients with EBV positive Hodgkin's lymphoma was detected by nest PCR technique.Results: 12 cases(33.3%)of EBNA2 samples were detected by F22/R22 fragment amplification in whole blood samples.EBNA2 samples were detected by F22/R22 fragment amplification in 3 cases(8.3%).In 36 cases of Hodgkin's lymphoma with positive EBV,5 cases of EBNA2 were detected in males and 7 cases of EBNA2 were detected in females,4 cases of EBNA2 were detected in stage ?-? and 8 cases of EBNA2 were detected in stage ?-? of Ann Arbor;Among the early patients,1 case of EBNA2 was detected in the patients without adverse prognostic factors,3 cases of EBNA2 were detected in the patients with poor prognostic factors,3 cases of EBNA2 were detected in the late stage patients,and 5 cases of EBNA2 were detected in the middle risk group.Detection of EBNA2 in 0 patients with high risk group;EBNA2 was detected in 5 patients with nodular sclerosis of histological type,EBNA2 was detected in 3 patients with lymphocytic type,EBNA2 was detected in 3 patients with mixed cell type,and EBNA2 was detected in 1 patient with nodular lymphocyte dominant type.EBNA2 was detected in 0 of the patients with lymphocytopenia,EBNA2 was detected in 0 cases of patients with giant masses and EBNA2 was detected in 12 cases of patients without giant masses.Conclusion:1.In this study,The detection of EBNA2 in blood samples of EBV positive HL patients may be better than that of wax tissue samples.2.According to the existing specimens,the expression of EBNA2 gene may not be correlated with sex,Ann Arbor stage,histopathological type,presence of large masses and risk score in patients with EBV positive Hodgkin's lymphoma(P>0.05).
