Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum serum CA125 and lymph node metastasis in pancreatic malignant tumors, and to explore the predictive value of CA125 for resectability of pancreatic malignant tumors. Methods: Data from 225 patients with pancreatic malignancies(both pathologically diagnosed and pancreas-related surgery)who were admitted to the Department of Pancreatic Surgery,Xinjiang Medical University from January 2012 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The level of tumor marker CA125 was divided into two groups 89 patients with serum CA125>18.2 U/ml(group 1)and 95 patients with serum CA125≤18.2 U/ml(group 2),and collected a week before surgery.Information(gender, age, hypertension, diabetes),serum tumor markers CA125,CA199,total bilirubin, tumor location, tumor size(according to preoperative abdominal ultrasound,CT,MRI results)and postoperative pathological results The project conducts statistics and analysis; Results: 1.Univariate analysis of lymph node metastasis of pancreatic malignant tumors, elevated CA125 levels and lymph node metastasis were associated(P<0.05);2.The lymph node metastasis rate of poorly differentiated cancer is significantly higher than that of moderately differentiated cancer. Conclusion: Increased serum CA125 level(CA125>18.2U/ml),suggesting a higher possibility of lymph node metastasis or occult metastasis, and can be helpful for preoperative diagnosis and treatment(neoadjuvant therapy)and surgical methods.
