A Study Of Xuan Fei Hua Tan Tang In The Treatment Of AECOPD Combined With Respiratory Failure(Tan Re Yu Fei Zheng)

Objective: Starting from the efficacy of xuan fei hua tan tang in clearing heat and reducing phlegm,and promoting lung and reducing qi,the effects of xuan fei hua tan tang in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)combined with respiratory failure were discussed by comparing the changes of symptom relief,sputum and blood gas analysis before and after treatment.Methods: According to the standard collection,row between January 2018 and February 2019,the autonomous region of 56 cases from XinJiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,according to the random envelope divided the patients into the treatment group 28 cases,28 cases in the control group,control group given AECOPD routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group in conventional western medicine therapy on releasing lungs phlegm decoction,7 days after the analysis of patients treated for 24-hour sputum expectoration drainage quantity,color change,TCM syndrome score,blood gas analysis(such as PH,PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2)index,the difference between a general data by chi-square test and t test,Phlegm color and proportion distribution of24-hour sputum excretion were tested by chi-square test,TCM syndrome score was tested by rank sum test,and blood gas analysis was statistically described by independent sample t test.Results: 1.There was a statistically significant difference in the proportion distribution of sputum color between the two groups(P < 0.05)and no statistically significant difference in the amount of sputum excreted at 24-hour(P > 0.05).2.There were statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),among which there were statistically significant differences in expectoration,chest tightness and shortness of breath(P < 0.05),and no statistically significant differences in cough(P > 0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in blood gas analysis between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The effect of xuan fei hua tan tang on the transformation of yellow phlegm to white in AECOPD patients with respiratory failure was superior in the treatment group to the control group.2.The improvement of sputum cough,chest tightness and shortness of breath in AECOPD patients with respiratory failure by xuan fei hua tan tang is better in the treatment group than in the control group,which shows that xuan fei hua tan tang has certain curative effect on AECOPD patients with phlegm heat and lung stagnation syndrome combined with respiratory failure.
