Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular len implantation and goniosynechialysis in the treatment of chronic angle-closure glaucoma. Methods:This is a self-controlled clinical trial.30 cases(48 eyes)of chronic angle-closure glaucoma were underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular len implantation and goniosynechialysis,The outcome indicators were detected before and postoperatively 1day,1wk,1 and 3mo.Results: The intraoeular pressure of the patients before operating were(36.542 ± 5.6237)mmHg,after operating were(13.958 ± 1.8214)mmHg,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The visual acuity of patients before operating were 0.3908±0.2584,after operating were 0.7302±0.1983,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Preoperative and postoperative CAC depth were(2.472±0.490)mm and(3.640±0.360)mm respectively,The difference had statistical significance.Preoperative and postoperative mean field defect and visual field infex were significantly different(P<0.001).Peripheral anterior synechiae(PAS)in 47 eyes were opened abviously after operation, however, there was still 1 eyes stayed unchanged. Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular len implantation and goniosynechialysis effectively controls the intraocular of inpression, improves the visial, and reduces the overall efficacy, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
