The Effect Of Jiawei Guizhi Longmu Decoction On Yin-yang Disequilibrium Syndrome After Endocrine Therapy For Breast Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Jiawei Guizhi Longmu Decoction on Yin-Yang imbalance syndrome,PS score,E2,FSH and LH hormone levels after endocrine therapy for breast cancer.Methods: A total of 48 cases,24 cases each,were included in the study.Treatment group: continue the original endocrine therapy + oryzanol + Jiawei Guizhi Longmu Decoction.Control group: Continue the original endocrine therapy + oryzanol.To evaluate the TCM syndrome score,PS score,E2,FSH,LH hormone levels and safety before and after treatment.Results:(1)(1)Clinical efficacy: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01).(2)TCM syndromes: the improvement of symptoms of heat,sweating,emotional disorders,backache,fatigue and mental retardation in the treatment group was better than that in the treatment group(all P < 0.05);there was no difference between the two groups in restlessness,dizziness,bone pain and insomnia(P > 0.05).(3)Levels of E2,FSH and LH hormones: There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the prescription had no effect on the levels of E2,FSH and LH hormones,and did not affect the clinical benefits of endocrine therapy.(4)Physical condition(PS score): There was a significant difference in the physical condition of the treatment group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),suggesting that the physical condition of the treatment group was significantly improved.(5)Observation of safety indicators: During the treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions related to the test drugs in both groups.The test process was safe and reliable.Conclusions: Jiawei Guizhi Longmu Decoction can effectively alleviate the yin-yang imbalance after endocrine therapy for breast cancer,improve PS score and quality of life of patients,and has no effect on E2,FSH and LH hormone levels.
