Clinical Comparison Study Of Hydraulic Distension Combined With Stretching Mainpulation From Department Of Traumatology In North Zhejiang For Severe Fronzen Shoulder

Objective:Through the hydraulic distension combined with stretching mainpulation from department of traumatology in northern Zhejiang of treatment for severe fronzen shoulder,compared with the the hydraulic distension combined with conventional massage manipulation efficacy comparison,for the hydraulic distension combined with stretching mainpulation from department of traumatology in northern Zhejiang therapy efficacy of clinical trial data,but also for the promotion of the feasibility of providing practical basis.Methods:Seventy patients with severe frozen shoulder were randomly divided into observation group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The patients in the observation group were treated by the hydraulic distension combined with stretching mainpulation from department of traumatology in northern Zhejiang,while those in the control group were treated by the hydraulic distension combined with conventional massage manipulation.VAS(Visual Analogue Scale/Score)score and Constant-Murly shoulder function scale were used to evaluate the pain,activities of daily living,range of motion and muscle strength of the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety were also observed.The VAS score,Constant-Murly shoulder joint function score and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Statistical analysis was made and the effective rate of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively.Results:After treatment,the VAS score,activities of daily living,joint activity score and muscle strength score of the two groups increased significantly(P < 0.001),and the pain score,ADL score,range of motion score and muscle strength score of the observation group were better than those of the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.001).The markedly effective rat and effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The hydraulic distension combined with stretching mainpulation from department of traumatology in northern Zhejiang and the the hydraulic distension combined with conventional massage manipulation in the treatment of severe frozen shoulder have significant clinical efficacy,can improve the pain degree,range of motion and muscle strength of patients,the hydraulic distension combined with stretching mainpulation from department of traumatology in northern Zhejiang is more significant.
