Objective By comparing the performance of depression group and healthy group in emotional stroop task and psychological flexibility assessment, the differences between attention bias and psychological flexibility between depression group and healthy group were discussed, and the attention bias and psychological flexibility of depression patients were explored. The correlation between the two provides empirical support for clinical intervention in patients with depression. Methods Emotional stroop tasks, cognitive fusion questionnaires, empirical avoidance questionnaires, and depression self-rating scales were used to study the attention bias and psychological flexibility of 45 depressed patients and 43 healthy subjects.Among them, the emotional stroop task mainly has two stages of learning and testing. The two stages can be divided into three similar parts.First, the black emotional words are presented, and the subjects are asked to identify the positive and negative words. Then, the blue and red pictures are presented, and the subject is allowed to recognize the color of the picture. Finally, the blue and red colors are presented. The emotional words, presented here and the first part are the same, requiring the participants to identify the color of the words and try to ignore the meaning of the words.Results(1)Gender differences: The response time and accuracy rate of female participants in the emotional stroop experiment were significantly higher than those of males, and the scores of AAQ-?,CFQ and SDS were also significantly higher than that of males, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.001).(2)Different part-of-speech differences: the correct rate of negative words in the depression group responded to > neutral words response > positive words response, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the correctness rate of the three parts of speech in the depression group and the response time and correct rate of the three parts of the healthy group(P>0.05).(3)Psychological flexibility of the two groups: AAQ-?,CFQ and SDS scores in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(4)The correlation coefficient between negative term response and AAQ-? score,CFQ score and SDS score is between 0.218 and 0.377,which is significant;the correlation coefficient between AAQ-? score,CFQ score and SDS score is between 0.235 and 0.568,which is significant.(5)Regression analysis showed that the cognitive fusion score had a positive predictive effect on the response time of negative words(?=0.34,P=0.02).Conclusion 1.By analyzing the behavioral data of emotional stroke task and the evaluation results of psychological flexibility questionnaire,it can be concluded that patients with depression have negative attention bias, and the psychological flexibility of patients with depression is lower than that of healthy controls.2.Different genders differ in response time, accuracy, and psychological flexibility.3.There is a certain correlation between the attention bias and psychological flexibility of the two groups, and low psychological flexibility may be one of the influencing factors of negative attention bias.
