Clinical Reseach On Treatment Of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency(Vertigo-bruised From Head Type)by Auricular Poijt Pressing

PurposeTo study auricular plaster therapy combined with western medicine routine treatment of vertigo of classical vertebrobasilar insufficienct(vertigo-bruised from head type),and evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of the treatment.MethodsSelect 68 patients with classical vertebrobasilar insufficienct(vertigo-bruised from head type)in the hospital and outpatient department of encephalopathy in Dong' e county Hospital of TCM from January 2016 to January2017.and bringing these 68 patients divided into two groups by random single blind number method as the study group and the contrast group(each group have 34patients).courses of two weeks.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group was treated with auricular point pressing beans on the basis of the control group.The patients with basic diseases had no effect on the basis of this study.Doctor medication.At the end of the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,the standard scoring symptom scores,DARS scale score,TCD examined BA and VA blood flow changes and the time they being in hospital.After the data were collected,use SPSS 19 to input the data and conduct statistical analysis.ResultIn this research,68 cases were collected and among them the study group was 34cases,the control group was 34 cases,no case were rejected.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the aspects such as age,sex,medical history,basic disease,vertigo symptom etc when they admitted to hospital(P>0.05),After treatment of the study group with the evaluation of clinical curative effect,he standard scoring symptom scores,DARS scale score,TCD examined BA and VA blood flow changes and the time being in hospital of the control group is a group compared with satistical signifincane.(P<0.05).ConclusionComparing to the control group,Ear of traditio bean treatment of classical Vertebrobasilar insufficiency(vertigo-bruised from head type)has its own erit in terms of improving clinical efficacy and curtailing the cure time.lt is reasonable and feasible.
