Objective:To observe and analyze the cause of adjacent vertebral body fracture after osteoporotic compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra treated by Chinese medicine combined with vertebroplasty. Methods:Collected during October 2015-December 2016 in our hospital of Chinese medicine combined with 120 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral plasty treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures patients as the research object for the analysis of the system, including 18 patients for their own reasons to quit, the rest of the patients with postoperative follow-up of 1 year on average,a detailed record again hair vertebral fracture during the follow-up period, according to whether a period of time after fracture again divided into again hair fracture group(n=17)and non recurrence fracture group(n=85),respectively,a detailed record of two groups of patients with gender, age, height, weight, surgical site, bone mineral density(BMD)values,if long-term use of corticosteroids,Angle of the protruding after postoperative vertebral body to restore and recovery rate of postoperative vertebral body height, intraoperative injection of bone cement, etc.According to the statistical comparison and analysis, the related factors of the fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with vertebroplasty. Results:All patients who were performed after unilateral vertebral puncture, operation safety tolerance, operation time, about 15-30 min of bone cement injection quantity each vertebral body is about 3.0-5.5ml,an average of 4.28 ml,intraoperative no leakage of bone cement to the intervertebral disc and spinal canal,no nerve damage symptoms occur,no pulmonary embolism and related complications, according to the TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with postoperative all given acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment, clinical symptoms improved significantly.Patients were followed up for more than 1 year after discharge, and a total of 17 patients had new compression fracture of vertebral body.Single factor statistical analysis found that clinical USES SPSS17.0 statistical software to fracture and fracture group in gender, age, height, weight,BMI,bone cement injection, postoperative convex Angle difference between recovery after vertebral bodies,etc(P>0.05),no obvious correlation in bone mineral density, postoperative recovery rate of vertebral body height, and whether patients with postoperative long-term use of corticosteroids, etc, have certain correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Osteoporotic compression fractures patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with vertebral plasty and recurrence of vertebral fractures may be related to the cause of the patient's own bone mineral density of high and low,the recovery rate of vertebral body height, and whether the long-term use of glucocorticoid.2.For clinical treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures, constantly improve the performer's own operation skills at the same time, pay attention to strengthen the awareness of the fractures of the primary causes and prevention, combined with the motherland medical holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and treatment features,to strengthen the understanding of osteoporosis treatment, insist on prevention, prevention and cure of Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment system.
