Study On The Clinical Distribution And Seasonal Correlation Of TCM Syndrome Type Of Aspirin Related Gastritis

Objective: statistical analysis of Aspirin correlation gastritis(Aspirin associated gastritis)the characteristics of TCM syndrome type distribution,based on the theory of "heaven corresponding" frequency statistics of TCM syndrome types in different seasons,seasonal change of the influence of disease severity,analysis of correlation of the two,on the basis of conventional western medicine drugs combined TCM prevention and treatment of Aspirin related gastritis.Methods: choose 120 cases of aspirin correlation gastritis patients,according to the time is divided into four groups,spring,summer,autumn and winter made questionnaire,Microsoft Excel is adopted to establish the database,SPSS22.0 statistical software,using the chi-square analysis of count data.Aspirin correlation gastritis TCM syndrome type distribution frequency descriptive statistical analysis method and the frequency calculation were analyzed.Results: the patients of summer and winter aspirin correlation gastritis is more obvious.TCM syndrome type distribution: spring: liver stomach rift type is given priority to;Summer:spleen and stomach syndrome is given priority to;Autumn: weak spleen and stomach type is given priority to,stomach Yin deficiency syndrome compared with other season is on the rise;Winter: give priority to with spleen and stomach weak type,compared with other seasons,increased gastric stasis winding resistance type cases.Lord general type with spleen and stomach weak,38 cases,31.67% liver stomach type with 30 patients(25.00%)> spleen andstomach syndrome,,15 cases(21.67%)> stomach Yin deficiency type(12.50%)>gastric stasis winding resistance type 11 cases,accounting for 9.16%.Conclusions: aspirin correlation gastritis patients for the elderly in spleen and stomach weak,the change of seasons has relevance to its pathogenesis,disease progression in patients with summer and winter quarter,clinical expression is more obvious;TCM syndrome type in the highest frequency of spleen and stomach weak type,followed by liver stomach rift type and taste hot and humid,finally to stomach Yin deficiency and gastric stasis winding resistance.Through this study can be especially during seasonal changes in summer and winter,the patients with aspirin for the education of knowledge,the guidance of the diet,the adjustment of the modern,the use of drugs,to increase the knowledge of the correlation of aspirin in patients with gastritis to reduce the health risks of aspirin.
