Objective: To establish the information database of the medical records of hypertension with the medical records of ancient books, literature periodicals and modern clinical cases, and to interpret the rule of the treatment of kidney qi deficiency syndrome of senile hypertension by "the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine".And to observe the protective mechanism of the arterial blood vessels of the spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)by Yishen Jiangya Fang,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods: 1.Clinical study: collecting and retrieving medical cases of ancient books, literature periodicals, clinical cases, sorting out the medical cases of senile hypertension kidney qi deficiency syndrome, establishing the database of syndrome factors and the database of prescription characterization, and applying the analysis and summary of the inheritance auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine(V2.5),to discuss the rule of syndrome and treatment of kidney deficiency deficiency type of senile hypertension.2.Experimental study:(1)The contractile pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure of the tail artery in the conscious state of rats before and after the intervention of the non invasive set tail method and Yishen hypotensive prescription.(2)The serum endothelin-1,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in the serum were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);(3)The large artery tube was observed by transmission electron microscope after the drug intervention in rats.Changes in the wall structure. Results: 1.In the study of the rule of syndrome and treatment: in the analysis of the rule of kidney qi deficiency syndrome in senile hypertension, the first 5 were dizziness, vein fine, pulse chord, tongue light, tinnitus, and the first 5 Chinese herbs were Astragalus, mulberry,Achyranthes,Alisma and Ligustrum lucidum, respectively: Astragalus, mulberry parasites,Achyranthes, mulberry parasites, mulberry parasites,Alisma orientalis,Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis,Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustrum lucidum and Radix Astragalus, and Ligustrum lucidum;through cluster analysis, many core combinations, such as Radix Paeoniae Radix Astragali quartz,Paeonia lactiflora-dodder yam,Radix Ophiopogon and Radix Rehmanniae Schisandrae, were obtained by cluster analysis, and 12 new prescriptions were obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering on the basis of the extraction of core combination.2.Experimental study:(1)The kidney tonifying prescription can effectively reduce the MAP level of rats(P < 0.05),and the decrease of MAP in the older age group is greater(P < 0.05);(2)The inflammatory response of SHR rats increases with the age of week(P < 0.05),and the kidney prescription can lower the content of SHR serum ET-1,IT-6,TNF-alpha(P < 0.05)(3)Compared with the model group, the intimal injury of the kidney tonifying group and the amlodipine group was alleviated, the proliferation of collagen fibers in the medial membrane decreased, and the elastic fibers arranged relatively orderly..Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform is used to analyze the syndrome distribution and prescription characteristics of elderly patients with hypertension and kidney qi deficiency syndrome. The effect of kidney tonifying prescription has obvious hypotensive effect, and with the increase of age,the amplitude of blood pressure increases. With the growth of the age of SHR rats, the inflammatory reaction gradually increases. The prescription of tonifying kidney can inhibit the inflammatory reaction and has a certain protective effect on the vascular structure.
