Study On The Correlation Between Serum Hepatocarcinoma Markers And Other Objective Factors In Primary Liver Cancer And TCM Syndrome Types

Objective: To study the regularity of tumor markers associated with primary liver cancer,and to analyze the difference and correlation between tumor markers and TCM syndromes.Methods: 86 patients with primary liver cancer who were admitted to the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects.The basic information,pathological type,clinical stage Child-pugh score,Cardahl score,laboratory index,TCM syndrome information and so on were entered into the database for TCM syndrome differentiation and classification.Use SPSS 18.0 software to establish database and carry on statistical analysis.Results: The proportion of TCM Syndromes of primary liver cancer ranged from high to low: liver heat and blood stasis syndrome(41.9%),liver and gallbladder dampness heat syndrome(19.8%),liver depression,spleen deficiency syndrome(17.4%),liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome(11.6%),spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome(9.3%).Among the different syndromes,there were significant differences among the tumor markers such as ALPG-GTV AFUUCA199,among which the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and spleen deficiency dampness were significantly different from those of other syndrome types.There was no statistical significance between TCM syndrome type and AFP.There was significant difference between liver function and other liver function,in which the indexes of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were significantly changed,the difference between TCM syndrome type and GLB was not statistically significant.The child-pugh score and clinical classification of liver function were statistically significant.Conclusion: There is difference and correlation between other objective factors such as liver cancer markers,liver function and TCM syndromes,which has certain reference basis for TCM differentiation and classification of primary liver cancer.It can provide the theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer,and is helpful to explore the optimized treatment scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
