Objective : Through summarizing the clinical cases,analyzing the characteristics of the deficiency of the marrow sea during the recovery stage of stroke,and screened out the core syndromes related to the deficiency of the marrow sea,and studied the correlation between them and the motor and cognitive impairment in the convalescence of stroke.In order to determine the prognosis of stroke,it lays the foundation for the application of the pan pith hypothesis in the recovery period of stroke,and further provides reference for the intervention of stroke in advance.Methods:Clinical study on 316 patients met the inclusion criteria of stroke recovery of marrow deficiency in patients with basic information collected in clinical NIHSS,MMSE scale test,summed up the general data and patient’s score results for statistical analysis using SPSS19.0 correlation of neural function in patients with spinal cord injury and the deficiency of the sea.Results: The clinical study showed that the recovery period of marrow deficiency in patients with the average age of stroke(66.92±10.82)years old,male to female ratio was 1.36:1,mainly for the past history of hypertension(62.7%),diabetes(30.4%),coronary heart disease(25.9%),hyperlipidemia(7.6%),gastritis(2.2%),family history of hypertension(mainly for 2.8%),cerebrovascular disease(1.2%),diabetes(0.6%),smoking and drinking history were 19.6%,18.4%,NIHSS score,mean standard deviation(7.91±2.45)MMSE score,mean standard deviation(25.43±2.42).The patients with medullary sea insufficiency syndrome were mainly characterized by lumbar and leg,tooth disease and ear symptoms,and the scores were statistically significant compared with non motor damage and cognitive impairment group(P<0.01).By the principal component analysis of 15 items,the KMO value =0.801,the Bartlett value=4564.146,and the p value=0.000.The cumulative contribution of variance is up to 81.355% through the lithotripsy and the theoretical model.The final factor obtained 5 factors,namely: factor 1: insomnia,tongue quality,pulse condition,urine;factor 2: waist and leg,action,tooth;factor 3: ear,hair,reaction,body voice;factor 4: dizziness,headache;factor 5: night sweats.Logistic regression analysis,the results show that the main factors of motor function damage and factor 2 and 4(in particular,leg action,tooth,dizzy,headache)is closely related to the state;the cognitive impairment and the factor 3,4,2,5(specific for ear,hair,body reaction,sound,headache,dizzy,leg,action night sweats,teeth)are closely related.Conclusions: The syndrome of the insufficiency of the deficiency of the marrow sea of stroke is different from that of the nerve function injury.Motor function damage is closely related to waist and leg,action,tooth,dizziness and headache.Cognitive impairment is closely related to ear,hair,reaction,body voice,headache,dizziness,waist and leg,action and tooth.
