The Clinical Research On The Yinxu Xueyu Type Liver Cirrhosis Ascites With The Treatment Of Qizhuergen Decoction

Objective:Compare the curative effect pure Western medicine treatment with the combination of Western medicine treatment and the qizhuergen decoction treatment of Yinxuxueyu type liver cirrhosis ascites,and to explore the efficacy and safety ofqizhuergen decoction for the treatment of yinxuxueyu type liver cirrhosis ascties.Methods:In this study,60 Patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were collected.We use open clinical trials with non-randomized groups,of which 30 cases are control groups.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,including the cause treatment,limited water and limited sodium,liver protection,diuretic,protein supplement,the application of antibiotics and other basic measures;the treatment group adds the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine compound Ziyinlishui treatment.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,we collect the data and assess the efficacy.The observed indicators include clinical symptoms,average urine output of 24 hours,weight,abdominal circumference,ascites subsided time,liver function,renal function,coagulation series and abdominal B-ultrasound.Results:The total effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,the control group was 83.33%,the test group was better than the control group in the total clinical curative effect(P<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM symptoms efficacy of the test group was 93.33%,the control group was 83.33%,the test group was better than the control group in the total clinical curative effect(P<0.05);two groups of weight,abdominal circumference,,and the average 24 h urine comparison,there were significant differences(P<0.05),the test group was better than the control group;two groups of patients PT-% and liver function improved compared to the situation:aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),prothrombin activity there are(PT)aspect significant difference(P<0.05),in improving albumin(ALB),direct bilirubin(DBIL)there are no significant difference(P>0.05);in improving abdominal ultrasonography :the spleen thickness,the portal vein diameter there are no significant difference(P>0.05);two groups of ascites degraded compared to the situation: there were significant differences(P<0.05),the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The combination of routine treatment of pure western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine compound qizhuergen treatment is effective in the treatment of Yinxuxueyu type liver cirrhosis ascites.This combination treatment can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and improve the quality of their life,and no side effect,high safety.
