Clinical Observation With Post Stroke Depression Of Phlegm Stasis Type Treated By The Method Of Huazhuo Inducing Resuscitation

Objective: Observation of the clinical curative effect and the living ability improvement of Huazhuo resuscitation intervention of phlegm stasis type for the patients with depression after stroke.Exploring the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease by applying the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and discussing the drug mechanism,to provide new ideas for Chinese medicine treatment for the depression after stroke.Methods: 66 cases of post-stroke depression patients(the course of stroke is from 2 weeks to 3 months)with phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.Each group has 33 cases,and the differences of the two groups such as age,sex and course of disease are not statistically significant.In the course of treatment,8 cases were lost,and the number of actual cases was 58 cases,30 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.Both of the two groups of patients were given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Capsules,75 mg,QD and stroke conventional western medicine treatment,besides the treatment group was treated using the method of turbid resuscitation in addition to the treatment listed above.Eight weeks is a course of treatment.The two groups were observed and compared the HAMD score(HAMD score),National Institutes of Health Stroke(NIHSS),ADL score(ADL),TCM syndrome score and serum norepinephrine(NE)and other indicators before treatment,after two weeks of treatment,after eight weeks of treatment.All the indicators were statistically processed,and the curative effect and drug safety assessment were analyzed based on the results.Results: 1.TCM symptom score: after treatment,the scores decreased significantly comparing the scores before treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group two and eight weeks after treatment.2.TCM symptom improvement rate: the two groups were compared respectively after two and eight weeks,the treatment group was better than the control group 3.HAMD score: the scores decreased two and eight weeks after treatment;two and eight weeks after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.4.HAMD curative effect index: the two groups were compared respectively after 2 and 8 weeks,the treatment group was better than the control group.5.NIHSS score: both of the groups were lower in score comparing to pre-treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group two and eight weeks after treatment.6.ADL score: the score of treatment in two groups was higher than pre-treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group two and eight weeks after treatment.7.Serum NE: two and eight weeks after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group.8.The two groups of patients before and after treatment,WBC,ALT,Cr and other safety indicators were not statistically significant,indicating high level of drug safety.9.Adverse reactions rate of the two groups: comparing to the control group,the incidence of adverse events of the treatment group is low.Conclusion: 1.Huazhuo resuscitation intervention therapy for post stroke depression with phlegm turbidity stasis type can significantly improve the depressive state and neurological deficit degree,improve the living ability of patients,and inhibit the reuptake of serum NE.2.The traditional Chinese medicine preparation has high level of safety,no obvious adverse reaction and can significantly reduce the side effects of Western medicine...
